Meet the Staff
Dr. Caroline Kiley graduated from Pacific College of Health and Science in 2021 with her Doctorate of Acupuncture, and previously, her Master’s of Science in Acupuncture in 2019 from Eastern School of Acupuncture and Traditional Medicine. She attended the University of the Sciences where she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Health Sciences. She is Board Certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) and tri-state licensed (NJ, NY, PA).
Dr. Kiley has joined the SOAR Physical Therapy and Acupuncture team to share with patients her passion for Traditional Medicine and assist them in their healing process by teaching them the intentions of the treatment and therefore achieving lasting results. She shares her patient philosophy, “I believe that when caring for a person there is no One-Size-Fits-All method. People are surprising and ever-changing in their development, both physically and emotionally. When one is given the opportunity to be part of someone’s life, treating him or her as an individual and unique case is of the highest importance. I intend to apply this ideology to Chinese Medicine – the truly individualized medicine.”

Here's what our patients say:
I was fortunate enough to see Dr. Anthony on the very SAME day I called, to request help with vertigo. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate. Not only did I leave feeling better, I also left equipped with practical, easy to follow information to help prevent future incidents. This was my second visit to…

I had a total knee replacement in Sept this year. I chose Soar Therapy for my re-hab. At first I dreaded going in for the appointments and going thru the process which was estimated to be 3 months of therapy. My therapist is Chris Albanese. Well Chris made it a fun experience. We got along…

Dr. Keith was wonderful. Very thorough and always took the time to explain everything in detail. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly and efficient. My experience with Soar was wonderful and I recommend it to anyone requiring PT.
