Kathelyne Pichardo PT, DPT
Physical TherapistKathelyne earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Temple University in 2012. She later graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Neumann University in May 2017. In the past year she has been working on obtaining her pelvic health training through the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute. Soon, she is looking forward to sit at the exam to become a Board-Certified Women’s Health Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. She has a passion for treating women with bowel and bladder dysfunction, sexual dysfunction, pelvic pain, and postpartum health. Her goal is that her patient’s become well-educated in pelvic anatomy and physiology and empowered to be able to self-manage their symptoms for a better quality of life. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, reading, and watching movies with her fiancé and fur baby, Wawa.

Physical TherapistKyle graduated from The College of New Jersey (TCNJ) with his Bachelors of Health and Exercise Science. Here is where his love for physical activity flourished while working in the research lab, playing intramural soccer, and competing in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
He had an affinity for biomechanics associated with sports and movement which lead him into physical therapy. Kyle worked as a Physical Therapy Aide for Strive prior to attending Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, where he received his Clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Now as a licensed Physical Therapist, he has returned to Strive and is now a residency trained, board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. In the future, Kyle’s plans to complete his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification and obtain a certification in the McKenzie model of mechanical diagnosis and therapy.
During his free time, Kyle enjoys exercising, enjoying the outdoors, playing disc golf, watching movies, and trying out new restaurants.

Clinical DirectorAndrew graduated from Rutgers University in New Brunswick in 2011 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science and Sports Studies. He then attended the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia where he graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2016. Andrew is the Clinical Director of Strive in Burlington where he teaches students, mentors residents, and treats a variety of conditions such as sports related injuries, vestibular and concussion, temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ), spine and extremity pain, as well as post-operative patients. Andrew is residency trained from the Thomas Jefferson University Orthopedic Residency program and became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in June of 2018. In his spare time, Andrew loves to build and fix things as well as play music.

Assistant Clinical DirectorAnnalise Pritchett is the Assistant Clinical Director in our Burlington location. She completed her undergraduate education at Rutgers University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University. Annalise has a special interest in treating patients with concussion and vestibular diagnoses and received her Certificate in Vestibular Rehabilitation through Emory University’s Competency Based Course. She is a graduate of Thomas Jefferson University’s Orthopedic Residency Program. As a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Annalise offers her patients specialized, high quality care for orthopedic and musculoskeletal disorders.

Physical TherapistCarly completed her education at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia where she obtained her Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences in May 2020 and, two years later, completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in May 2022.
In the future, Carly aspires to obtain her Orthopedic Specialist Certification through a residency program and McKenzie certification. Carly is passionate about the field of physical therapy with a special interest in treating sports related injuries, employing manual therapy techniques, and working with post-operative patients.
She enjoys spending her free time with her large family and great group of friends, working out in the gym, and relaxing at the North Wildwood beach. She also loves playing in the different recreational softball and kickball leagues that she is involved in throughout the year.

Physical TherapistJenna Rodriguez completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a minor in Exercise Science at Cabrini University, where she was a pitcher on the collegiate softball team. She then attended Rutgers University to complete her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy in 2023. During her clinical rotations Jenna worked in a clinic specializing in pediatrics as well as a clinical focused on treating high level athletes. These experiences have led to a special interest in working with both children and sports related injuries.
Jenna was involved in multiple youth and high schools sports growing up which is where her passion for physical therapy began. In her spare she enjoys exercising, exploring new brunch spots with her fiancé, and continues to coach softball for children aged 6 to 18.
