Clinical Director, Regional DirectorTom graduated from West Chester University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine and obtained his Athletic Training Certification. Also, during that time, he was a student athlete and ran cross country competitively for 2 years. He continued his education at West Chester University and earned his Master’s Degree in Kinesiology in 2008 while also working as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University. Tom then attended Physical Therapy School at Drexel University and achieved his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011. While in PT school, Tom’s second clinical affiliation was at Strive Physical Therapy at the Moorestown location. Also, while in PT school, Tom and five of his fellow classmates contributed to a textbook chapter involving upper extremity sports injuries in the 6th edition of Rehabilitation of the Hand and Upper Extremity. Tom is currently a Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and has also obtained certifications in Graston Technique for treating muscle/tendon/ligament injuries and McKenzie-Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for treating the spine and extremities. He is also certified in Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation through The American Institute of Balance and LSVT BIG certified to treat patients with Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders. Tom began as Area Director of the Northern Region in 2018 and currently is the Clinical Director for the Monroe and Balance Center clinics. Tom and his wife reside in Manalapan, NJ.

Assistant Clinical DirectorBrennan graduated from Arcadia University in 2016 with a B.S. in Biology and decided to stay at Arcadia for their physical therapy program, earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. While in the physical therapy program, Brennan was with Strive at their New Hanover location for his first full-time clinical experience where he discovered their commitment to excellent clinical care and customer service. He also learned valuable manual skills and treatment approaches on his Strive affiliation. Now, he is a proud member of the Strive team practicing primarily in the Monroe and Columbus offices. He is passionate about providing the best evidence-based care possible and is always looking at the most up to date research to refine his skills and help his patients return to the activities they find most important. In the near future, Brennan plans to continue his education by pursuing certification in the McKenzie treatment method, Graston technique for soft tissue disorders, and vestibular rehabilitation.

Physical TherapistRyan graduated from The College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science in 2019, following which he later enrolled into Alvernia University in 2020, where he would receive his Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. During his education, Ryan spent a lot of time engaged in pro-bono service treating underserved, underinsured, and uninsured patients. He participated in 4 clinical rotations, consisting of skilled nursing facilities and outpatient practice. He worked with various caseloads, including treatment of patients with neurologic, musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular conditions. During his last rotation, Ryan spent 12 weeks (about 3 months) with Strive Physical Therapy at the Monroe location, the same location at which he would start his career.
Currently, Ryan is actively engaged in professional development and self-reflection to continue improving his skills and his clinical decision-making ability to help his patients achieve their best outcomes. He seeks to further his education and patient management skills by pursuing certifications in McKenzie treatment methods, while expanding his manual therapy techniques based on evidence-based practice. Ryan is motivated to provide patients with the best possible care and will do so through enlisting in the many opportunities Strive offers for clinician development.
Ryan likes to spend his time outside of the clinic being with his family and friends, walking and playing with his dog Jack, reading, and investing time in his hobbies.

Physical TherapistJustin graduated from Touro University in September 2024. Prior to receiving his DPT, Justin graduated from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. He has interests in treating a wide variety of orthopedic/neurological conditions, such as post-operative rehabilitation, rotator cuff dysfunctions, and Parkinson’s Disease. Justin is fascinated by pain neuroscience and believes in a one-on-one holistic approach to address biological, psychological, and social factors for his patients. He has plans to complete a residency program and become a board certified orthopedic specialist. Justin continues to work as a research assistant, assisting in qualitative research on exemplary physical therapy students.
In his free time, Justin enjoys spending time pursuing his hobbies with friends and family. He is an avid hiker, enjoys video and tabletop games, and is always looking to learn something new.
