Carissa Novelli PT, DPT
Physical TherapistCarissa graduated from Widener University in May 2023 where she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She also graduated from Marywood University in 2020 earning a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Exercise Science. While at Marywood, she played Division III soccer for all 4 years. Along with soccer, she also grew up playing lacrosse and competing in gymnastics, where she sustained injuries and became interested in physical therapy at a young age. During the last year of graduate school, Carissa completed her final clinical experience at the Strive Physical Therapy Medford location where she continued her passion in treating outpatient orthopedics. She is certified in the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, which is a tool for early detection of mild cognitive impairment and plans to complete continued coursework in vestibular therapy. Carissa is dedicated to advancing her clinical skills and helping her patients achieve their goals. She celebrates even the smallest gains as big ones.

Physical Therapist AssistantCrystal attended the University of West Florida and earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies in 2007. After 14 years of being a homemaker, supporting her military spouse and 4 children, she returned to school. She went on to earn an Associate Degree in Applied Science – Physical Therapist Assistant from Mercer County Community College 2021.
Crystal enjoys working with people of all ages and levels of function. What she enjoys most about working as PTA is the opportunity to connect with each patient and encourage them to achieve goals focused on getting back to living their lives with less pain, more function, and more confidence. Crystal plans to attend continuing education courses soon in order to expand her knowledge, understanding, and utility as a PTA in the outpatient setting.
When Crystal isn’t in the clinic she can be seen transporting her kids to all their activities. In her down time she loves all things outdoors and can be found hiking, walking, biking, paddleboarding, and snowboarding. She enjoys travel and sharing good food with friends.

Clinic Director, Physical TherapistAbigail Kratt (Dingle) graduated from Drew University in 2012 with a major in Biology and minor in Classical Studies. She continued her education at Arcadia University receiving her Doctorate of Physical therapy in January 2015. Abby also complete Arcadia’s Orthopedic Residency program and has been a Boards Certified Orthopedic Specialist since 2017 and a Boards Certified Sports Specialist since 2018.
As a collegiate soccer player, Abby dealt with her fair share of injuries and because of that she has a special interest not just in sport rehabilitation but with injury prevention in athletes as well. Abby is passionate about treating the individual as a whole, not just the injured joint. She has over 8 years of experience treating athletes of all levels from youth sports to weekend warriors and even a few pros!
In her free time Abby enjoys remaining active through sports and exercise or relaxing at a local winery with her husband and the world’s best rescue dog.
