Alison Guido PT, DPT
Physical TherapistAlison Guido graduated from Rutgers University in 2016 where she earned a bachelor degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies. In 2021, she completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy education at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
Alison enjoys learning about her patients and helping them reach their personal goals. She utilizes manual therapy techniques combined with personalized exercise programs to address all patient concerns. Alison believes in the power of good quality movement to help prevent and recover from injuries. She takes pride in evaluating the body as a whole and working with her patients to ensure they have the best experience possible.
Alison is looking forward to becoming a certified strength and conditioning specialist and learning more about dry needling to advance her treatment skillset.
In her free time, Alison loves playing backyard sports, participating in outdoor activities year-round, attending concerts, playing the guitar, and enjoying time with family and friends.

Physical TherapistTaylor Logan grew up in Bellmawr, NJ and attended Gloucester County Institute of Technology for high school with a specialization in Dance. She is a graduate of Temple University where she completed the 3+3 Accelerated Track receiving both her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology in 2020 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2022. While in PT school, Taylor had clinical affiliations in both inpatient and outpatient settings providing her with knowledge and experience treating musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
Taylor prioritizes patient goals and therapy expectations in conjunction with physical therapy best-practices to personalize each person’s treatment plan to meet their individual needs and improve her patients’ quality of life.
Since starting her career at Strive, Taylor has acquired her LSVT BIG certification to work with patients diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. Taylor is interested in working with performing arts/dance injuries, in addition to developing her skills and gaining experience treating all patient populations to promote health and wellness both inside and outside of our Strive community.
Taylor is recently married and getting adjusted to a new phase of life. In her spare time, she enjoys exercising, cooking, exploring wineries, and relaxing with friends and family.

Clinical Director, Physical TherapistKostantinos “Gus” Ntelekos graduated from Rutgers University/UMDNJ in 2001 where he received his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. In 2004, Gus opened PhysioCare Rehabilitation as an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic where he performed general orthopedic, neurological and neuromuscular rehabilitation. He specializes in the rehabilitation of the lower extremities, including ankle/foot, knee and hip pathologies, in addition to shoulder, neck and low back disorders. Gus has also been deemed a Certified McKenzie Practitioner from the McKenzie Institute. As a distinguished alumni, Gus assists professor Dr. Dave Kietrys of UMDNJ in his orthopedic labs and is a clinical instructor for students enrolled in the DPT program. In fact, since 2004, Gus has instructed more than 50 DPT students. He has also maintained his membership with the American Physical Therapy Association since 1999. He has been a member of the Hellenic Medical Society for 4 years providing pro-bono medical seminars to the community and members of the Greek-American society. Gus also stays current with medical advancements and the latest research in Physical Therapy by regularly attending educational seminars and maintaining his membership with the APTA orthopedic and private practice sectors.

Physical TherapistChris grew up in Jackson, New Jersey right by Six Flags Great Adventure. Here he attended Jackson Memorial High School. He went on to graduate from Arcadia University with his Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences in 2012. During his senior year, he volunteered at Jersey Shore University Medical Center and continued on to work as a Physical Therapy Aide upon graduation for both their inpatient and outpatient clinic.
Chris furthered his education in 2018, in which he began his Doctoral Degree at University of the Sciences. During his second year, he spent his second clinical rotation at Strive in Voorhees and immediately fell in love with the atmosphere and overall mission of the company. Chris completed his Doctorates of Physical Therapy in 2021.
While Chris enjoys treating patients of various degrees, his true passion is in PostConcussion Syndrome, specifically in athletes. He plans on advancing his education to provide the most optimal care, allowing patients to return to their everyday activities symptom free. He believes that every patient should have their own unique plan of care, tailored to their specific needs.
During the weekends, Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends. When winter hits, Chris enjoys weekends snowboarding at various mountains. When summer rolls around, he enjoys long-boarding through scenic views and volunteering with adaptive athletes for
surfing and skateboarding.

Physical TherapistJohn (Jack) Sommer Jr. grew up in Mullica Hill, NJ attending Clearview Regional High School. He then attended James Madison University, graduating with his bachelor’s degree in health sciences with a pre-PT focus in May of 2016. Jack worked as a healthcare staffing recruiter in DE for about a year before continuing pursuit of his passion for PT. Jack volunteered and worked as a patient transporter at Jefferson hospital in Wash Twp and as an outpatient PT aide at their Wash Twp office before attending Wheeling University for PT school. Jack graduated with his DPT in December of 2022 and began working at Strive as his first PT job in March.
Jack is interested in honing his clinical skills in the outpatient setting, as well as exploring various continuing education opportunities and certifications available to add to his clinical toolbox over the next few years to grow his clinical expertise. He is passionate about special needs pediatrics and would love to continue his education and training in order to provide care for this patient population and their families.
Jack enjoys following and attending Philadelphia sports games in his free time, as well as playing sports recreationally with friends, working out, going to concerts, and traveling.

UB earned his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from SUNY Orange Community College, New York; marking the beginning of his journey to making a positive impact on individuals seeking to regain their strength and mobility.
What sets UB apart is not just his professional expertise, but also, his ability to connect with a diverse range of patients. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, UB ensures that cultural diversity is never a barrier to receiving the best care possible. As a US Army Veteran, he intimately understands the challenges associated with a lack of independence and mobility, fostering a unique empathy that resonates with his patients.
Beyond the clinic, UB is a vibrant individual with a passion for cricket, both playing and watching. His downtime is filled with the joy of spending quality time with family and friends. Physical TherapistTim Clark completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Temple University. He attended graduate school earning a Master’s in Physical Therapy and certificate in Healthcare Management from Widener University in 2000. Tim returned to Widener University in 2003 to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy with an emphasis in Preventive Healthcare Management. Along with attending multiple courses, in services and certification seminars, he has since earned a Master’s in Business Administration (emphasis in Healthcare Operations) from Temple University (2008) and a Masters in Healthcare Administration from St. Joseph’s University (2016). He believes in being a lifelong learner.
Tim has always been fascinated in how the human body works, human performance/sports and rehabilitation. “I have always been amazed at how much progress a person can make with some guidance, a plan and consistent effort. Just remember it is not how hard you can shove but how consistent you can push.”
Growing up Tim participated in multiple sports including football, basketball, track and martial arts. He enjoyed training for these sports as much as competing in them. He worked as a physical conditioning instructor for Temple University’s Police Academy for 10 years and authored/taught health and wellness curriculum for several major law enforcement agencies in Pennsylvania. He currently is active in coaching CrossFit and holds a CrossFit Level 1 certification. He still competes in Masters CrossFit Competitions as well as participating in martial arts several times a week with his son, Alex.
Tim has worked in and/or over seen operations of physical therapy/rehabilitation at several different levels of care such as outpatient therapy/sports medicine, acute hospital care, Skilled Nursing, Acute Rehabilitation and Home Therapy. He enjoys working with a variety of patients of all ages and ability levels.
In his free time he enjoys staying active with his wife Jen, his son Alex and his two Boxers Rookie and Sophie.
