Meet the Staff
Alison Guido graduated from Rutgers University in 2016 where she earned a bachelor degree in Exercise Science and Sport Studies. In 2021, she completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy education at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.
Alison enjoys learning about her patients and helping them reach their personal goals. She utilizes manual therapy techniques combined with personalized exercise programs to address all patient concerns. Alison believes in the power of good quality movement to help prevent and recover from injuries. She takes pride in evaluating the body as a whole and working with her patients to ensure they have the best experience possible.
Alison is looking forward to becoming a certified strength and conditioning specialist and learning more about dry needling to advance her treatment skillset.
In her free time, Alison loves playing backyard sports, participating in outdoor activities year-round, attending concerts, playing the guitar, and enjoying time with family and friends.
Taylor Thomas grew up in Bellmawr, NJ and attended Gloucester County Institute of Technology for high school with a specialization in Dance. She is a graduate of Temple University where she completed the 3+3 Accelerated Track receiving both her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2020 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2022. While in PT school, Taylor had clinical affiliations in both inpatient and outpatient settings providing her with knowledge and experience treating musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, and cardiopulmonary conditions.
Taylor prioritizes patient goals and therapy expectations in conjunction with physical therapy best-practices to personalize each person’s treatment plan to meet their individual needs and improve her patients’ quality of life.
Taylor is looking forward to pursuing a LSVT BIG certification in addition to developing her skills and gaining experience treating all patient populations to promote health and wellness both inside and outside of our Strive community.
In her spare time, Taylor enjoys exercising, traveling, exploring new forms of activities (hiking nature trails, snorkeling, skiing), and relaxing with friends and family.
Kostantinos “Gus” Ntelekos graduated from Rutgers University/UMDNJ in 2001 where he received his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. In 2004, Gus opened PhysioCare Rehabilitation as an outpatient Physical Therapy clinic where he performed general orthopedic, neurological and neuromuscular rehabilitation. He specializes in the rehabilitation of the lower extremities, including ankle/foot, knee and hip pathologies, in addition to shoulder, neck and low back disorders. Gus has also been deemed a Certified McKenzie Practitioner from the McKenzie Institute. As a distinguished alumni, Gus assists professor Dr. Dave Kietrys of UMDNJ in his orthopedic labs and is a clinical instructor for students enrolled in the DPT program. In fact, since 2004, Gus has instructed more than 50 DPT students. He has also maintained his membership with the American Physical Therapy Association since 1999. He has been a member of the Hellenic Medical Society for 4 years providing pro-bono medical seminars to the community and members of the Greek-American society. Gus also stays current with medical advancements and the latest research in Physical Therapy by regularly attending educational seminars and maintaining his membership with the APTA orthopedic and private practice sectors.
John grew up in Hazleton, Pennsylvania attending high school at MMI Preparatory School and went on to graduate from University of Scranton with a degree in Criminal Justice in 2014. After competing at a national level at Judo and sustaining multiple injuries, John would got on to find his true passion in life with physical therapy during his rehabilitation. He would go back to and complete his degree in Associates of Applied Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant at Penn State in 2018.
John has been looking forward to working in an out-patient orthopedic setting since he graduated from Penn State, completing two of his clinic rotations in Orthopedic and Sports Rehabilitation settings during his time at Penn State. John is interested in sports injuries and furthering his knowledge of sports medicine due to his experience coaching and competing in martial arts. He plans to earn his Mulligan Manual Therapy Certification and Graston Technique for soft tissue mobilization.
In his spare time, John enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and fishing.
Erin grew up in Pembroke, Massachusetts and graduated in May 2020 with an Associate degree in Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
Erin found her love for Physical Therapy over time and really started to appreciate the practice through her track programs in high school and college. It was through her training, that Erin discovered the miraculous effects that proper conditioning can have on the body. From there she decided to help others feel as good and as strong as she did during those times.
Erin started her career as a Physical Therapist Assistant working in a sub-acute rehab facility, she continued to use her skill set in the home setting as a CNA for 5 years, and then as a PTA, where she was able to continue her passion in helping clients rehabilitate from the comfort of their own home. Erin is licensed as a PTA in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and now New Jersey where she is excited to continue her journey in outpatient orthopedics.
Erin enjoys hiking, yoga, skiing/snowboarding, coffee, and exploring new places.
