Bordentown, N.J. (Oct. 22, 2025) — Strive Physical Therapy is excited to announce the opening of its newest clinic in Bordentown, N.J. located at 243 Route 130. This expansion brings expert physical therapy care closer to local residents, reinforcing Strive’s commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation.
The Bordentown clinic will be led by Andrea Costantini, PT, DPT, who will serve as Clinic Director and primary treating therapist. With certifications in vestibular and concussion rehabilitation, along with training in Blood Flow Restriction and McKenzie-based treatments, Costantini is dedicated to providing individualized, hands-on care. The clinic will also provide a wide range of outpatient physical therapy services, including sports rehab, IASTM, manual therapy, post-operative rehab, and more.
