Meet the Staff
Ryan is a graduate of The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia where he was enrolled in the university’s accelerated physical therapy program. During his time at Usciences, Ryan received his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2018, followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2020. Ryan was also a catcher for The University of the Sciences baseball team during his four years on campus. During his four clinical rotations, Ryan was mainly in the outpatient setting, where he treated a variety of patients with orthopedic injuries and neurological disorders. His 4th and final clinical rotation was with Strive at the Hamilton location.
Currently, Ryan enjoys treating patients to help them return to a safe, healthy, and active lifestyle. Outside of work he enjoys spending his time with his friends and family, exercising, golfing, and rooting for his Philadelphia sports teams.
In the future, Ryan plans to expand his physical therapy expertise by earning his McKenzie Method certification, expanding his knowledge on various orthopedic injuries and neurologic disorders.
Tom graduated from West Chester University in 2006 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine and obtained his Athletic Training Certification. Also, during that time, he was a student athlete and ran cross country competitively for 2 years. He continued his education at West Chester University and earned his Master’s Degree in Kinesiology in 2008 while also working as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University. Tom then attended Physical Therapy School at Drexel University and achieved his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011. While in PT school, Tom’s second clinical affiliation was at Strive Physical Therapy at the Moorestown location. Also, while in PT school, Tom and five of his fellow classmates contributed to a textbook chapter involving upper extremity sports injuries in the 6th edition of Rehabilitation of the Hand and Upper Extremity. Tom is currently a Board-Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and has also obtained certifications in Graston Technique for treating muscle/tendon/ligament injuries and McKenzie-Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for treating the spine and extremities. He is also certified in Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation through The American Institute of Balance and LSVT BIG certified to treat patients with Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders. Tom began as Area Director of the Northern Region in 2018 and currently is the Clinical Director for the Monroe and Balance Center clinics. Tom and his wife reside in Manalapan, NJ.
Lori graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor’s degree in Physical therapy in 1981. She worked in a hospital setting followed by outpatient orthopedics in a private setting in Maryland. She returned to New Jersey in 1997 and continued to work in outpatient orthopedics, including working as a partner in her own private practice. She achieved her transitional Doctor of Physical therapy degree from Boston University in 2007. Lori also worked in home care physical therapy and in an inpatient sub-acute/skilled nursing facility prior to joining Forsgate Physical therapy and now Strive Physical Therapy at the Monroe location. She has taken a large number of continuing education classes in many areas over her years as a physical therapist and continues to attend classes to learn new techniques to assist her patients. She has experience in myofascial release, headache treatment, and Bells Palsy recovery. Lori plans to pursue her certification in Mckenzie-Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy for treating the spine and extremities.
Lori lives in Howell, NJ. She is a member of the APTA. She is an avid horseback rider.
Brennan graduated from Arcadia University in 2016 with a B.S. in Biology and decided to stay at Arcadia for their physical therapy program, earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. While in the physical therapy program, Brennan was with Strive at their New Hanover location for his first full-time clinical experience where he discovered their commitment to excellent clinical care and customer service. He also learned valuable manual skills and treatment approaches on his Strive affiliation. Now, he is a proud member of the Strive team practicing primarily in the Monroe and Columbus offices. He is passionate about providing the best evidence-based care possible and is always looking at the most up to date research to refine his skills and help his patients return to the activities they find most important. In the near future, Brennan plans to continue his education by pursuing certification in the McKenzie treatment method, Graston technique for soft tissue disorders, and vestibular rehabilitation.
