Dr. Joelle Winey, PT, DPT graduated from Alvernia University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she recieved a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Lycoming College in 2018. While at Lycoming, she was a goalkeeper on the soccer team. Dr. Winey believes in providing her patients with evidence-based care and a well-rounded treatment plan. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family and being outdoors.

Dr. Kevin W. Krause, PT, DPT is the owner and director of Western Berks Physical Therapy; and he works in all offices. Dr. Krause has over 30 years of clinical experience treating diagnoses including orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehab, sports injuries, back and neck pain, neurological disorders and geriatric management. Many physicians know and trust Kevin’s hands-on care, along with his expertise in properly diagnosing their patients’ conditions and developing a comprehensive program to ensure optimal results.
Kevin is a member in good standing of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association (PPTA). He achieved his Sports Therapy Certification in 1996. He is a proud Eagle Scout. During his free time, he enjoys his family. Kevin sits on a number of civic advisory boards, is a Boy Scout leader and an active member of his church.

Dr. Kristin Kissling, PT, DPT, OCS has a strong passion for all things orthopedic which drove her to enter a year long residency program where she became a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) in 2015. Dr. Kissling earned bachelors degrees from both Penn State University and Lebanon Valley College before going on to obtain her doctorate in physical therapy from Lebanon Valley College. Dr. Kissling is a firm believer of the effectiveness of manual therapy and strives to provide the highest level of evidence based care to all of her patients. She comes to Western Berks Physical Therapy with experience in treating a multitude of injuries including orthopedics, vestibular, sports, geriatrics, and post surgical rehabilitation.
Dr. Kissling is a member in good standing of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Pennsylvania Physical Therapy Association (PPTA). She is an avid archer and outdoors woman who volunteers much of her free time at local sportsman clubs and coaching archery.

Duyen Maletto, PTA is trained in Barnes Myofascial Release techniques and has been in an outpatient orthopedic setting helping people feel better for over 14 years. “Uni” went to Penn State University to get a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, then continued on to the Dubois campus to get her Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Uni finds it rewarding to see people “go back to doing what they love”.
In Uni’s spare time she enjoys time with family (husband and daughter) and friends. Her hobbies include watching sports, especially Penn State.

Nate Moyer, PTA comes to Western Berks Therapy with years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics as well as balance and gait training within a skilled nursing facility. Nate earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology at Temple University, then continued on to Central Penn College where he earned an Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2015.
Nate is passionate about quality patient care and helping people improve their physical function. In his spare time, Nate enjoys sports and exercise. He coached high school boys’ soccer for four years.
Physical Therapy Assistant, Lehigh Carbon Community College, Schnecksville, PA
Kimberly Haught, PTA has over 11 years experience working in outpatient settings. Kimberly is a Physical Therapist Assistant with an Associates of Applied Science who graduated with honors from Lehigh Carbon Community College. Kimberly’s experience in treatment includes a diverse variety of diagnoses including geriatrics, back and neck pain, hand injuries, sports related injuries, neurological disorders and pediatrics. Kimberly also assists in Western Berks Physical Therapy’s pelvic floor and women’s health programs.
Kimberly volunteers in the Kids Club and Youth Group programs at her church. In her spare time, Kim enjoys hiking, taking walks, snowboarding, playing volleyball, and spending time with her family and friends.

Sierra Werley, PTA comes to Western Berks Physical Therapy with clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics as well as geriatric management in skilled nursing. Sierra graduated with honors from Penn State University and assists in Western Berks Physical Therapy’s pelvic floor and women’s health programs.
Sierra strives to provide individualized care to all patients by learning their physical needs and helping them reach their goals. In her spare time, Sierra enjoys hiking, gardening, yoga, and being with family and friends.
