Meet the Staff
Alina completed her undergraduate degree in Spanish language at Rowan University in 2014, and went on to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Widener University in 2017.
Since graduating, Alina has continued her education with additional training in vestibular rehabilitation, post concussion treatment, and LSVT Big for the treatment of Parkinson’s disease. In 2019, she obtained her Tennis Performance Trainer (TPT) certification which allows her to provide specialized treatment to tennis players for rehabilitation, conditioning and injury prevention. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, being outside, and spending time with her family.
David graduated from Stockton University with a degree in Health Sciences in 2016 and returned to Stockton University to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. During his time at Stockton, David completed clinical rotations caring for patients with chronic pain and joint replacements, treating patients with neurological diagnoses, and worked with patients in the medical/surgical ICU. David first developed an interest in therapy when he helped his mother through rehab after surgery to repair her rotator cuff. He has also been completing rehabilitation programs for equine athletes since he was a sophomore in high school. His interest in physical therapy came about from these experiences and they have given him a unique perspective in his career as a physical therapist.
David and his wife own and operate a farm in Williamstown, NJ where he trains sport horses for equestrian events when he is not in the clinic.
David is currently working towards his Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) certification to assist patients with low back and neck pain. He is also continuing his education in the field of vestibular pathologies to better serve patients with conditions involving dizziness, concussion, and neurological limitations.
Eric graduated from Thomas Jefferson University’s accelerated Occupational Therapy program with his BS in Occupational Health and Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2020. During his graduate studies, he completed his clinical training in outpatient upper extremity rehabilitation at Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center, where he had a focus on low-heat thermoplastic orthosis splinting. At Main Line Health – Riddle Hospital in Media PA, he furthered his experience in manual therapies including scar management and deep tissue massage. These experiences allow Eric to work with a diverse population and provide specific therapies to his patients.
Eric has enjoyed the variety of patients and diagnoses that outpatient orthopedics allows him to evaluate and treat. Eric is certified in CarFit Technician Training and The Autism Services, Education, Resources, and Training Collaborative (ASERT). Currently, Eric is working towards becoming a Certified Hand Therapist.
Eric has a diverse background in Occupational Therapy including hippotherapy and splinting for adults with neuromuscular disorders. His specialties and interests include custom splinting, industrial design, universal design, human factors and ergonomics, and holistic treatment.
Recreationally, Eric enjoys swimming, kayaking, and exercising with his dog. To unwind, he likes to read non-fiction, play the piano, antiquing, and going to the beach with his partner Anthony, family, and friends.
Kelsey graduated in 2017 from Stockton University obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. During this time, she worked as a nursing assistant and a program associate for the intellectually challenged. She then went to continue her education at Neumann University in their Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
Kelsey’s clinical experience includes a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions within outpatient and acute care settings. With additional experience in Sports Medicine and Pediatrics, Kelsey’s pride is not solely in treating multiple diagnosis but also treating across the life span. She values the importance of individualizing every plan of care with evidence-based practice and regard to each person’s specific lifestyle, culture, beliefs, and goals.
In the future, Kelsey looks forwards to continuing her education in McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and therapy, the Maitland technique, and the Graston technique for soft tissue mobilization. Kelsey is delighted to be a member of the Strive team bringing her own diversity to the clinic. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, bike riding, and taking small trips.
