Meet the Staff
Scott E. Chalbert is a graduate of Ursinus College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Sports Science in 1997. Scott later went on to earn his Master’s degree and Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Science in Florida where he graduated in 2002. During this time, Scott focused his clinical doctoral work on manual therapy with an emphasis on diagnosing and treating the spine and peripheral extremities.
Since graduating from physical therapy school, Scott has spent most of his professional career working in the outpatient forum, where he has treated many orthopedic and sports-related conditions with from adolescent to geriatric age groups. Scott has a significant background in orthopedics treating joint replacements, ligament reconstruction and fracture care.
Scott lives in Moorestown, NJ with his family and enjoys spending time with his two daughters, Emily and Olivia, as well as running and biking in his free time.
Jack Donegan was awarded a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Connecticut in 2015 while always planning to pursue Physical Therapy as a career. Jack then attended Rutgers University and was awarded a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2019. Jack’s clinical rotation settings included Orthopedics, Outpatient Neurologic, and Acute Care. Jack plans to pursue continuing education in the areas of Sports Rehab, Manual Therapy, and certification in the McKenzie Method of Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine.
In his free time, Jack enjoys exercising, going to the shore, rooting for the Eagles, and spending time with friends and family.
Anastassia Gibson received a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Florida International University in 2010. She holds professional licenses in both Florida and New Jersey state. She also obtained Mckenzie Mechanical Diagnosis Therapy (MDT) certification in 2017 from world-renowned McKenzie Institute. She also developed a special interest helping and healing individuals with pelvic pain, urogynecologic disorders and pelvic floor dysfunctions. Anastassia has a passion for women’s health and maintains an evidence-based practice in which she continually reviews research for the latest and most effective treatments available for patients. She is a current member of the American Physical Therapy Association: Section on Pelvic Health. Anastassia believes in introducing first-class physical therapy services one patient at a time.
In her spare time, Anastassia enjoys spending time with her family being active and athletic and enjoying the outdoors. She enjoys healthy natural cooking and running marathons.
Nicholas A. DellaVecchia is a graduate of Gettysburg College where he earned a degree in Health Sciences in 2013 while also playing football. Nick later went on to earn his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in Pennsylvania where he graduated in 2020. Nick is certified in Vestibular Assessment and Management from the American Institute of Balance. Nick spent all of his time in the outpatient orthopedic setting during his clinical rotations. He plans to pursue a Orthopedic Clinical Specialty (OCS) as well as continuing education in Concussion Rehab, Sports Rehab, and certification in the McKenzie Method of Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine.
In his free time, Nick loves to play guitar, cook, exercise, and watch all Philadelphia sports teams.
