Clinical Director, Physical TherapistKayla earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Pennsylvania State University, where she served as captain of the Women’s Club Gymnastics Team. She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Drexel University, where she held leadership roles, conducted movement screening research with Drexel dancers, and participated in medical mission trips providing physical therapy services to underserved communities. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Drexel University, helping educate future physical therapists.
Kayla is passionate about treating a wide range of orthopaedic conditions, with special interests in pediatrics, POTS, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS), and vestibular rehabilitation. Her expertise includes the treatment of concussion, vertigo, balance disorders, and other vestibular conditions. She is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), utilizing evidence-based approaches to help patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they enjoy.
In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Kayla is actively involved in professional leadership and quality initiatives, including documentation compliance and clinical chart review processes. She remains engaged with the physical therapy profession through ongoing education and involvement in professional organizations.
Outside of the clinic, Kayla enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants, staying active, and spending time with family and friends. Her lifelong involvement in athletics, including gymnastics, snowboarding, and track and field, provides valuable insight into the physical and mental demands of sport, performance, and recovery.

Abigail is a dedicated Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who is passionate about empowering patients through education, individualized care, and evidence-based treatment. She has experience treating a wide range of conditions, including orthopaedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, and pelvic health dysfunction.
Abigail takes a patient-centered approach that prioritizes whole-person wellness alongside physical recovery. Her clinical interests include pelvic pain, prenatal and postpartum care, chronic conditions, and supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community. She is committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Dedicated to lifelong learning and professional growth, Abigail continues to advance her expertise in pelvic health to provide the highest level of care for her patients.
Outside of the clinic, Abigail enjoys reading with a strong cup of coffee, spending time with family, and adventuring with her wife and their spoiled dogs, Dolly Pawton and FiFi Fancy. Originally drawn to Philadelphia for graduate school, she is grateful to have built lasting connections within the community and looks forward to continuing to serve the patients and families who call it home.

Vedant graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Biological Science. He later earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Drexel University.
Vedant has treated a diverse range of patients, including those dealing with musculoskeletal injuries, return-to-sport rehabilitation, chronic pain, management of multiple comorbidities, acute care, and neurological disorders. He enjoys working with a wide variety of patient populations because he believes rehabilitation principles from all disciplines can be combined to provide the best possible care for his patients.
Since graduating, Vedant has primarily worked in the outpatient orthopedic setting and is interested in furthering his knowledge in hypermobility management while pursuing his Orthopedic Clinical Specialty. He also has a strong interest in gross anatomy and hopes to one day work as an adjunct professor while continuing to practice as a clinician.
In his free time, Vedant enjoys spending time with his cat, Pixel. He also likes watching TV shows, exercising, hiking, playing video games, and spending time with friends.
