Meet the Staff
Kyle is a graduate of University of the Sciences in Philadelphia where he participated in an accelerated physical therapy program. During his time at Usciences, Kyle received his Bachelor of Science in Health Science in 2013, followed by his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015. Kyle’s athletic history of playing high school baseball, soccer, ice hockey, and swimming led him to have a strong interest in treating musculoskeletal conditions. During his clinical affiliations, Kyle received extensive training utilizing Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), also known as the McKenzie approach. MDT is a systematic assessment process for treatment of a wide variety of spine, and extremity disorders. Kyle obtained his certification in MDT in May of 2017. Prior to moving to Strive’s Hamilton office, Kyle practiced in the New Hanover location for 2 years. He also participated in Strive’s Orthopedic Mentorship Program in 2016. The mentorship program educated practitioners on the most current, evidence based research in the field of physical therapy, which results in the best possible care being provided to patients. Kyle is currently advancing his specialties to include treatment of Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorders, as well as vestibular/concussion disorders.

Christina received her Associates Degree in Applied Science in 2001 graduating from Mercer County Community Colleges Physical Therapist Assistant Program. She aspired to follow her mother’s footsteps of helping others however she chose the field of physical therapy instead of nursing. Ironically it was after her mother’s orthopedic injury that deepened her desire to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. It was having this first-hand experience of seeing the struggles that one encounters with an injury and the need to work through the rehabilitation process that ultimately led to her career. Christina enjoys working closely with the community and has a passion to help others. She loves working with a variety of diagnoses in the outpatient population from infancy to the elderly, including working with those that suffer from SI dysfunctions, neck and back injuries, post-op care of shoulder, hip and knee surgeries, other than balance disorders or those that have suffered a concussion just to name a few. In the future she plans to expand her career with attaining certifications in the McKenzie method.
Christina originally resided in Hamilton Township, NJ, relocated to Lawrenceville, before moving to Springfield Twp, NJ where she has been a resident since 2002. Christina and her husband Paul are proud parents of 3-children, including their dog Zeus. Her background in sports includes gymnastics, field hockey, softball and soccer. However her greatest passion was with swimming and track and field. Now she supports her children during their activities. In her spare time she enjoys staying active with gardening, going to the beach, camping, crafting or simply spending quality time with her family and friends.
Sarah graduated from Alvernia University where she participated in an accelerated Doctor of Physical Therapy program. During her time at Alvernia, Sarah received her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Science in 2020, followed by her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2022.
Sarah grew up playing various sports, but her favorite sport she played from the time of 5 years of age through college was softball. Growing up playing competitive softball, Sarah had good friends who had injuries and became curious about the rehabilitation process a patient went through the return to sport-level. This environment combined with her drive to help others eventually led to her choosing a career as a physical therapist.
Sarah spent her second of four clinical rotations with Strive in Robbinsville where she had the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, and often utilized Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), also known as the McKenzie Approach, which is an assessment method utilizing repeated motions in the treatment of various disorders of the spine and extremities. Sarah’s clinical rotations following her one at Strive further exposed her to more specialized fields of physical therapy such as pelvic floor, vestibular rehabilitation, and certified hand therapy.
In the future, Sarah plans to obtain her orthopedic clinical specialist certification to further education in the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time with her friends and family, exploring new restaurants, or reading a good book.
