Clinical DirectorMatt began his education at Rutgers University in New Brunswick by completing his undergraduate degree in exercise science in 2012. He then continued his academic career at Drexel University in Philadelphia where he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. During his last year of graduate school, Matt completed his final clinical affiliation at the Strive Burlington clinic where he continued to pursue his passion for outpatient orthopedics and sports-related care. Matt began his professional career working in the Strive Delran office for two years.
Matt treats a variety of orthopedic conditions. He has taken coursework in vestibular therapy, TMJ dysfunction, and trigger point dry needling. He is currently pursuing his certification in the McKenzie Method for treating neck and back pain. Matt is a member of the ATPA to keep up with all recent changes in evidence-based practice.

Physical TherapistAndrew attended University of the Sciences in Philadelphia for his undergraduate studies and earned his Bachelor’s of Health Sciences in 2020. He then continued to pursue a career in physical therapy and graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Saint Joseph’s University in May 2023.
Andrew has a strong passion for helping others and loves to treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions. He enjoys treating athletes and would love to work with more as he begins his career. He would like to pursue continuing education courses to further specialize in athletic rehab as well as TMJ dysfunction, lumbar spine, and cervical spine rehabilitation.
He would describe himself as an “optimistic individual with a sense of humor”. Andrew was a former high school varsity tennis player and continues to play tennis recreationally as well as basketball and football at a recreational level. He loves fishing and is an avid Philly sports fan.

Physical TherapistElaine graduate from Neumann University where she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2022. Prior to earning her graduate degree, Elaine attended Temple University, where she graduated with a B.S. in Kinesiology. Elaine has clinical experience across all different setting however she prefers to work in the outpatient setting working with the pelvic health population. She is currently pursing her Pelvic Health Certification so she can continue to treat all different types of patients within the pelvic health population. Aside from that, she also plans on continuing her education by pursing certification in the McKenzie treatment and delving deeper into the field of pain neuroscience. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two child and fiancé, staying fit, playing/watching sports, and cuddling up with a good book at the end of the day.

Physical TherapistMadeline (Madi) Juleskusky graduated from Temple University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre, specifically studying acting and musical theatre. While working professionally in theatre, Madi developed her interest in anatomy through vocal pedagogy, working as a music and vocal director for several years. Madi took a leap of faith and decided to further her passion for helping people feel empowered in their anatomy by pursuing physical therapy and graduating with Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023 from Arcadia University.
Madi enjoys working with various populations and orthopedic diagnoses, having clinical experience in orthopedic and pediatric settings. Given her background and years of dance training, she has a love for working with dancers and performers. She plans to further her education in orthopedics to include specialized manual therapy techniques, athletics, and functional strengthening. She loves to help her patients feel like the best versions of themselves.
In her free time, Madi loves sitting on a beach and spending time with her family and friends.

Physical TherapistLeah received her Bachelors degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey and went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers in Blackwood, New Jersey. During her time between undergrad and physical therapy school, she worked at an acute rehabilitation facility where she discovered her passion for treating the neurologic population.
For her clinical rotations during physical therapy school, Leah had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings. She gained experience in outpatient clinics working with patients after total joint replacements as well as rehabbing patients with sports injuries. She also worked in acute care at a level 1 trauma center. Additionally, Leah had the unique opportunity of working in an acute inpatient rehabilitation center treating patients post stroke, heart attack, and traumatic brain injury. She takes an individualized approach to patient care and enjoys treating a variety of patient populations.
In her free time, Leah enjoys spending time outdoors, trying new restaurants, and training and competing in powerlifting.

Physical TherapistTram attended the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia (now known as Saint Joseph’s University) and graduated with her Bachelor of Health Sciences degree in 2017 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2019. She has experience treating a diverse patient population in the school, subacute, long term care, home care and outpatient orthopedic settings. Tram currently holds a certification in LSVT BIG which helps patients with Parkinson’s disease and similar conditions. She is interested in taking additional courses to enhance her manual skills for treatment of low back pain disorders and post operative conditions as well as to improve her clinical skills when treating pediatric conditions.
Tram is excited to be a part of the team at Strive. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new cuisines in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area and spending time with her family and Corgi, Kenzie

Physical TherapistLindsey Welch completed both her Master’s and Doctorate degrees in Physical Therapy at Thomas Jefferson University, following her undergraduate studies at Quinnipiac University, where she was a Division I collegiate volleyball player. Her background in athletics continues to influence her dynamic and functional approach to rehabilitation.
Lindsey is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) and has extensive training in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), which she integrates into her evidence-based treatment strategies. As a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), she brings a deep understanding of upper extremity rehabilitation, helping patients recover from complex hand, wrist, and elbow conditions with precision and care. In addition to her clinical expertise, she serves as a teaching assistant, helping to mentor and guide fellow clinicians in advanced therapy techniques.
As the first full-time physical therapist hired at Strive, Lindsey has been a cornerstone of the practice since 2008. She is passionate about helping her patients return to the activities they love and takes pride in providing personalized, high-quality care.
Outside the clinic, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her three children and coaching volleyball, combining her professional skills with her personal passions.
