I've had bad experiences with doctors and PTs not taking the intensity of my sport seriously, but Michelle and Cam have listened to my concerns every step of the way and have tailored my program to help me be strong and brave enough to return to play.

This business runs very smoothly. The front desk staff is SO friendly and always ensures that I'm scheduled for the next appointment.

The Strive team has given me all the support, kindness, and knowledge that anyone recovering from a major injury could ask for. The environment there is such an open and welcoming community. I genuinely look forward to going in each week for my sessions. This is the first PT clinic I’ve been to that I’ve felt actually heard and understood. Michelle works WITH me; she doesn’t just give me repetitive exercises to move through the sessions like so many other clinics do. She meets me where I am while also encouraging and motivating me to want to progress. Every time I walk through the door, I’m greeted by every PT on the floor no matter if I’m working with them that day. The space is built on uplifting others. I’m so glad that I was able to find the Strive team. It truly was a game changer.

I have been coming to Strive my PT Michelle Sobel. She is absolutely amazing. I’m a hip patient with severe bursitis. I can definitely notice the difference.

Strive has to be the best physical therapy experience I've ever had. I've recently experienced a hamstring and hip labrum tear as well as some pelvic floor dysfunction. Dr. Michelle Sobel is truly amazing. From her bedside manner and welcoming personality to her clinical skills and knowledge. She challenged me and made sure I was not only able to return to normal life tasks, but also got me back to my desired athletic activities. I love to lift and dance and she got me back doing those things quickly and now I can do them pain free. As for pelvic floor therapy, she is simply the best person to do it. She makes you feel comfortable the whole time and is so knowledgable on the topic. 10/10 recommend!

Great experience here! I went in a couple months ago after I sprained my lower back. Whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave me exactly the advice and exercises I needed to recover!

Phenomenal physical therapy practice. I have been going here since June with a little break between injuries and everyone has been so helpful I have worked with Julia, Michelle, and Abigail throughout my time and I don’t have a single negative to say they always listened to my concerns and tried to figure out what was wrong. My case has been typical in some ways but also complicated in other ways.

This clinic is also on the smaller size which gives you a more personalized experience than a larger clinic.

Sam and Joshlin at the front desk are also great and very helpful with scheduling.

Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve been to so many different physical therapy practices in my life and my experience here has been top notch. Everyone here knows what they are doing and will give you whatever help you need.

Excellent care provided by a well trained group of therapists led by Dr Julia Rudowitz. They all provide compassionate care for their patients from a lovely infant to old codgers like me. They have a genuine interest in the welfare of those in their care. Top notch group!!

I have had the pleasure to work with Michelle S. during and after my pregnancy to keep my pelvic floor in tip top shape. Every pregnant person would benefit from having an evaluation with the PTs because you will benefit both from symptom management and prepare your body for the delivery. It is easy to book with this location and the entire staff is welcoming.
