I had been to a different therapist at the practice a few years ago. He was great but when I came this time he was no longer there. I was dealing with frozen shoulder on one side and an AC strain on the other. Camille was amazing. She worked me heard and measured my progress along the way. I have moved on to home exercises but I would recommend her to anyone. In fact, I did. My wife is seeing her now!

My physical therapy has been very helpful. It has made me a lot stronger. I am able to be more functional and have achieved my goals. Matt has been wonderful and very supportive. He has provided me with a lot of encouragement to work harder. This is the best place to go to therapy. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Back in October I tore both my hamstrings at work. Barely able to, I wobbled into the offices at Strive PT on Penn Avenue. Jordan, Sierra and the entire team worked on me patiently. After strategic and unique workouts they had me back to work and as normal as I can get in just over four months! Amazing energy and knowledge for healing throughout.

I’ve been going to Strive for 3 years to heal from an injury and to keep my Parkinson’s stable. The therapists here are wonderful in terms of their training, knowledge and compassion. They listen and understand what the patient is sharing. Locations are many. There is a kind and caring atmosphere here too.

Excellent PT clinic! The therapists and staff are competent, considerate, and kind. The environment is positive, convenient and fun!!!

I just finished PT with Gus and highly recommend him if you need physical therapy. I went in with very bad TMJ. I could barely open my mouth, couldn’t move it to the left, had trouble talking, and was only eating soft foods. I even thought I might need surgery.

After two months of working with Gus, I’m now fully functional and not dealing with any of those issues anymore. I went to PT every week and saw so much progress from the therapy and the program he gave me.

He’s super knowledgeable, really cares about his patients and is a genuinely kind person. Always a pleasure to see him and I’m so grateful for all his help!!

I had two different spinal fusion surgeries in 2025, and based on previous experience I chose Strive for my months-long rehab. My therapist Kyle has always been very attentive to safety and fall risk, offering alternative exercises to reduce the risk. The assistants Nina, Nate, and Charlie have been excellent enhancements to my recovery.
With consistency and hard work I’ve regained a good amount of strength. Besides the skill of the PTs and assistants, Strive is a pleasant and lively place. It’s fun to chat with other patients, the PT staff and the friendly admin staff. I highly recommend this location!

Getting my confidence back every visit

Kris was extremely helpful and effective in addressing and alleviating the pain in my neck and shoulder. I would highly recommend Kris and Stive Physical Therapy and would not hesitate to use their expertise/services should there be a need in the future.
