I had two different spinal fusion surgeries in 2025, and based on previous experience I chose Strive for my months-long rehab. My therapist Kyle has always been very attentive to safety and fall risk, offering alternative exercises to reduce the risk. The assistants Nina, Nate, and Charlie have been excellent enhancements to my recovery.
With consistency and hard work I’ve regained a good amount of strength. Besides the skill of the PTs and assistants, Strive is a pleasant and lively place. It’s fun to chat with other patients, the PT staff and the friendly admin staff. I highly recommend this location!

My husband was treated for neck pain and worked with Liz, “Snake” Emma, and Mary Anne, along with the aides Mya, James, and Thomas. (You’ll have to ask how Emma got that nickname!)

The entire team was attentive and adjusted his treatment plan based on what worked best for him. They also challenged him to push a little beyond what he thought he was capable of. His hard work paid off, and he’s now officially discharged!

I’ve only been coming a couple week but Jackie Turner is the best!!!! She is interested in my progression each week, along with giving me the resources to continue my routine at home to feel better. The atmosphere is extremely relaxed and comfortable. The staff that run the desk are extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness is top notch. I would recommend strive to anyone! The hours are wonderful, allowing to conveniently fit into my schedule and needs.

Julia Kajen is one of the most skilled practitioners I’ve worked with. She’s warm, attentive, and incredibly thorough, with a strong sense of continuity from session to session. Julia helped me reconnect with my body in a meaningful way, and she approaches sensitive topics with care. Sessions were always punctual, supportive, and uplifting.

Gina has been a great Physical Therapist and the entire team makes us patients feel comfortable.

I have been to several PT centers in my life, but I've never been to one as helpful and knowledgeable as Strive! My therapist Michelle has been outstanding. She is extremely knowledgeable and truly understanding of my TMJ problem. Very, very few physical therapists have studied this matter. She has been truly helpful and has relieved my pain. I would most definitely refer anyone with any pt needs to Strive PT! They are the gold medal standard for the industry!

Amanda is great at what she does. From the very first appointment, she made me feel at ease discussing and working through something so personal and vulnerable. She is patient, compassionate, and incredibly respectful. Her approach makes a potentially intimidating experience feel safe and empowering.
