When I started at Strive 11/5/2025 with severe arthritis in my left knee, I could barely lift my leg and I experienced severe pain. I had extreme difficulty even walking. My Physical Therapist Sarah set me up with a plan of exercises to do at home and at Strive.
The progress has been wonderful. I have significantly increased mobility and strength. The pain and stiffness has been reduced dramatically within a matter of weeks. I definitely recommend Strive for Physical Therapy. Sarah always demonstrates positive attitude and energy which helps with my motivation to improve.

I have been seeing Gus and his team for many years for a variety of ailments. They have never disappointed me! In fact, many of my family members and friends have also used Strive in Voorhees over the years. If you need outstanding physical therapy that delivers results make Strive Therapy Voorhees your go to place. Thanks Gus and team for all you do. John & Melinda.

If there was a higher rating, I would most certainly give that! These people genuinely care for their patients and their wellbeing. They don’t give up on you or your conditions! They advocate for you! They are like family!

Strive Physical Therapy in Voorhees has a great group of people who are warm and friendly, try their best to accommodate, and genuinely care about your progress and healing.
The staff and therapists are very organized in their methods and keep this cozy-sized facility running smoothly.
I have worked with Gus and, most recently, Chris and Tiffany. They are all knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to explain the ‘why’ behind your plan of care.
The results I have seen from this team’s guidance, trusting the process, and keeping up with the assigned movements have really made me understand the value of physical therapy. To have something bother you for months/years and see significant improvement in a matter of weeks is such an amazing feeling. I cannot recommend this place enough! I have come back for different issues over the years and will continue to return.

I've been to Strive Voorhees for a couple various issues over the years. My PT Gus and his team were always able to help me get healthy and back to work or my daily activities. They take the time to listen and diagnose your issues and come up with a good rehab plan. Gus and his PTs are very personable and friendly which creates a welcome environment. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and diligent in scheduling appointments and reaching out to doctor's offices to get the scripts and paperwork necessary for your appointments. Highly recommend coming here for your PT needs.

I have had such a great experience at STRIVE Voorhees! I have exclusively worked with Subah, who is amazing and her team with Jack, Taylor, and UB are really great. Everyone is so friendly including the women who work the front and their PT assistants. I enjoy going every week and have had major improvement with my pain and range of motion in my elbow. I can’t recommend STRIVE enough!

I was a patient at Strive from Aug 2024 til June 2025, and would have kept going if I hadn’t moved cross country. I have been to a lot of medical practices due to many complex medical conditions, and this PT office is like no other. All of the staff are top tier. Chris is an exceptional PT, and he genuinely cares about each of his patients. If you need PT care, this is the best place you could go to.

This is my 3rd time at this office. The first two times I developed vertical, it was one of the symptoms from getting over Covid, and the therapist Alison Guido got rid of something I suffered for months in one session😀. This time, it was for my shoulder when I came in. I really had limited motion in my arm, so far after 3 visits, I see big-time progress. BTW, I was so lucky to get Alison again ✔️. From what I see and experience, this sports rehabilitation is top-notch. Last but definitely not least, the reception will explain how to check in, and paperwork to fill out and before you leave, schedule you for your next appointment.

I have been going to Strive PT in Voorhees for more than a decade. The length is because they are so good. A retired nurse practitioner, I am critical of the care I receive as well as what is delivered to others. I originally went to the Voorhees location for low back pain. After failed nerve blocks, I was told only a fusion "might" help. Strive never said they would "cure" it. Instead, I was given a home exercise program that included a simple exercise that could be done anywhere to minimize acute pain.
As a nurse and nurse practitioner, I have never believed obfuscation of reality is helpful. One therapist at Voorhees was certified in balance training. A problem for me since 2002, I had seen other therapists who had me returning again and again with no real improvement. After a couple months with Ryan, I was not worse, but I was not better either. At that point, he discharged me with the reality that this was as good as I was going to get. I may not like it, yet the honesty was refreshing.
I have been equally impressed with programs I have gonr through after knee replacements, carpal and cubital surgery, a TIA (mini-stroke) that was picked up on when at Strive for something else, and a broken neck. The director there, "Gus," besides his depth of knowledge in PT, anatomy and physiology, has three traits I hope I showed some measure of when I worked. The first is being sure the patient "gets it" about exercises. If doing an exercise incorrectly, he will identify what is not right and work with the patient until it is correct. The second trait is asking questions to facilitate the best program for each individual. In this day of computer-generated exercises and programs, Gus adapts them to the ability, limitations, and safety of each person. The third trait cannot be taught or learned. It is inherent. That is caring. It is not just caring "for" a person, almost anyone can be taught to do that. It is caring ABOUT the person. During the initial outbreak of COVID-19, Gus epitomized caring.. It's not just about a muscle or body part but what it is that makes the person unique and how to incorporate that into an effective and achievable program.

Have gone to Strive for several issues over the years. Every therapist is knowledgeable and hands on. Above all they are kind and treat me like family. They even have evening hours to work around my work schedule. I’m glad I found Strive! If you need PT definitely check out Strive Voorhees.
