Getting my confidence back every visit

Kris was extremely helpful and effective in addressing and alleviating the pain in my neck and shoulder. I would highly recommend Kris and Stive Physical Therapy and would not hesitate to use their expertise/services should there be a need in the future.

I was hesitant to change my physical therapist while at the Jersey shore this summer. But, I was overwhelmed with the friendly and professional care I received at the JCC Strive in Margate. It started with Maria at the front desk. She goes out of her way to make scheduling seem easy. And when I had issues with transferring, she just stepped in and took care of everything with a smile.
I felt I was in the best care from both Hidda and Kris, physical therapists that really cared about me as an individual. My program was developed addressing all my concerns and goals I hoped to achieve. They constantly re-evaluated my progress and were very creative coming up with different stretches and exercises to make improvements. While doing this they were teaching me the how and why hoping this would be part of my daily life going forward.
I've learned lots from Hidda and Kris through my experience working with them. I highly recommend JCC Strive.

I was very happy with my experience here and would recommend! Kris was my physical therapist and she was attentive and helpful while having a great positive attitude. She was always offering alternatives to issues I was having that I really appreciated. She was truly a pleasure to work with.
