At 66 I had a torn Achilles Tendon from Pickle Ball and I choose the non-surgical option. When it was time to begin physical therapy Strive at Fort Washington was recommended to me by a friend.

Beginning with the Front Desk staff it has been extremely easy working the Staff staff at Strive at Fort Washington.

I had the very good fortune of having Alex assigned as my Physical Therapist. Alex was very familiar with the necessary PT protocol for this type of injury with the non-surgical resolution. He was a joy to work with and my PT still continues.

The Strive Portal was essential to my success. Alex was able to load my portal with all of the exercises we did during our sessions. So I was able to easily continue my therapy at home between sessions. The ability to not only watch the exercises but to also leave Alex notes on my progress was critical to my progress.

Overall I continue to have an amazing experience with Strive and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Over the years, I have been to several physical therapy providers, and none of them come close to offering the high level of care that the Strive therapists do. Susan and Nina work with me. They are both extremely proficient, knowledgeable professionals providing effective and compassionate care. I highly recommend Strive.

I always and highly recommend Strive Physical Therapy when in need of healing. The front desk is friendly and the therapists really care about you as an individual. They take the time to listen and if something isn’t working for you they customize the therapy to your needs.

I had a torn hip labrum repaired in early 2025. From 3 days post op to my discharge about three months later, the team at Strive was really great. Donna, Nina, Nate and Andy guided me through increasingly challenging movements until I gained back enough strength and flexibility for running and jumping. They were always hands on, attentive and happy to answer any questions I had about treatment.

Had a great experience here. Worked with Matt and Andrew and they were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Getting an appointment was also easy. I hope not to need PT again but will def return here if the situation arises.

Every single person at Strive is very nice & very professional. I’m very glad this is where I landed when looking for physical therapy after breaking my leg & having surgery. In 3-4 weeks I made tremendous progress.

Staff and facility is awesome! Always greeted with with a smile from high energy (Bridget)! Staff is great and professional!Also place is always clean and Matt always has time to chat with you no matter how busy he is! Definitely a 5 star in my opinion!

This is a great place to be when you are dealing with recovering from surgery or an injury. The staff are friendly, positive and very engaging at all times. That, in addition to being very knowledgeable and effective in dealing with your personal needs. Terrific place!
