Clinic Director, Physical TherapistNicole brings 25 years of experience as a Physical Therapist to the Strive Physical Therapy clinic in Somers Point. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1999 from Quinnipiac University and her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree in 2003 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ (now Rutgers University).
She enjoys treating patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. She is certified in LSVT BIG, a research driven Parkinson’s Disease treatment approach that is helpful for a variety of neurologic disorders and gait/balance dysfunction. Nicole is a strong believer of personalized and evidence-based care.
On a personal note, Nicole was born and raised in Somers Point. She now resides in Cape May County with her husband and 2 children. She is a Jersey Girl at heart and loves going to the beach, paddle boarding, and gardening.

Marianne Sparacia PT, DPT
Physical TherapistMarianne graduated from New York Medical College in the spring of 2023 earning her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree. Her undergraduate course work was completed at UMass Lowell while also playing Division 1 softball for the program in 2020.
She has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings in Massachusetts and New Jersey before becoming part of the Strive team. She is currently working toward becoming certified in dry needling and loves working with various populations including neurological, geriatric, and athletes.
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, the beach, and spending time with her dog.

Stephanie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology from Monmouth University in 2013. She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of the Sciences in 2017.
Since graduating, Stephanie has practiced in both outpatient orthopedic and home care settings, treating patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions.
Stephanie is certified in LSVT BIG, a specialized treatment program for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions. She has also completed coursework through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and is a trained pelvic health provider, allowing her to provide compassionate, specialized care for patients with pelvic health concerns.
Outside of the clinic, Stephanie enjoys running and spending quality time with her husband, daughter, and son.
