Julia at Strive PT is THE physical therapist to see if you have any type of joint hypermobility. She has improved my quality of life so immensely over the past couple of years, and I am so grateful. I have hEDS and have had daily neck, shoulder, and hip pain since I was a teenager, and Julia worked with me to improve my core, stability, and strength to the point where I feel not only able to function with minimal pain but strong and capable on an everyday basis. I am lifting more than I ever thought possible and feeling so secure and stable in my movement. Julia is patient, compassionate, a great listener, but will also encourage you to challenge yourself and get stronger, which I really appreciate. The office itself is always very clean and inviting, everyone there is warm and friendly, and I always have a good experience. I just graduated from PT today and I am going to miss it! But I also feel confident in my physical progress and set up for success moving forward. Thank you Julia and everyone at Strive for all you do! As a chronically ill person, you have made me feel seen and heard and given me the tools I need to take the best care of my body I can. If you are a hypermobile baddie I cannot recommend Julia enough!!

I have been using strive physical therapy on and off for the past 15 years. My therapist is Mike O and he is the best. During the hours that I have spent having physical therapy, I have also observed all the other physical therapist who are kind, caring, patient and very knowledgeable!

I chose Strive because of my husband and his rave review of Mike Dellapena. Mike was great to work with. He helped me with my frozen shoulders, which are back to normal working order. Thanks Mike! I highly recommend this practice and location.

I've done PT at 2 other places in the area but when it came time to do it after my back surgery I came here. The name may have changed but the excellent staff and upbeat atmosphere are still intact. I'm back with Pam who is awesome and so fun to work with. PT does not feel like a chore here.

Dresher PT (specifically Matt and Nina but the whole team was so supportive) helped me tremendously get back to running after an injury. I came to them with a bold goal of running a half marathon in November after starting PT in August. Not only did they get me back on my feet and running but I ran a PR!! So happy with my experience and will always recommend them to a friend.

Dr. Dylan Bailey taught me exercises to address my issues, and he demonstrated them personally so I could perform them accurately. He is very social, which enabled me to feel comfortable each time. The hands on compression and massage was very helpful. I just “graduated”, and I would highly recommend him and the rest of the team.

After many bad PT experiences, injury and pain, I finally found a winner! I went to Strive in November with severe lower back disc herniation, pinching nerve and causing sciatica. I couldn’t walk, stand, sit, drive or even lay without extreme pain. Kyle met me where I was at, starting with the bare minimum in whatever I could do that didn’t cause pain. I love how they utilize all the important things for healing: deep tissue message, strength training, McKenzie method and stretching. My ortho added Rx to now treat my whole spine — I feel so much better and am able to do all those things I couldn’t and more! I feel strong! Thanks to Nina for her continued support too, and the rest of the amazing team! It’s a great environment—like cheers, very friendly, encouraging, and cathartic. Thank you Strive for giving me my life back! I know that there will be hills and valleys in recovery but I have a great team to get me through the journey!

I had a car accident that ended in me having some serious pain in my tailbone. Both ladies had me up and running within 2 months with no pain. I feel stronger and more confident in my body and the door is open to me if I need to return. Definitely referring others.

Strive is THE place to go to get help with physical therapy!!!I have been going here for 3 years due to a lifelong condition.
My therapist, Mike Dellapena, is the epitome of professionalism, knowledge, patience, and congeniality. Whatever they are paying him is not enough! If Mike goes to practice on the moon, then I'm following him. In all seriousness, Mike has kept me mobile & ambulatory, and I am very grateful that his mission is to serve his community.

Been going to Strive for a couple of weeks now. My two therapists, Cameron and Stephanie are awesome , I feel improvement on every visit.Great place, friendly staff, very clean environment.
