Matthew Weiner graduated from Temple University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in May of 2021. Matt specializes in various orthopedic, vestibular, and sport-related injuries. His passion is treating the orthopedic population while incorporating manual therapy and pain science education within his treatment. While seeing Matt at Dresher Physical Therapy, he will utilize evidence-based care while tailoring a treatment program to match his patient’s goals. Outside of work, Matt enjoys taking hikes along local nature trails and visiting the driving range. He also enjoys going to the beach, Philadelphia sports, and spending time with his family and friends.

Matt Seabrook PT, MS

Director & OwnerMatt Seabrook is the director and sole owner of Dresher Physical Therapy. He founded Dresher PT in 2001 and has built it into a highly respected community-based rehabilitation center. Hiring top-notch therapists and cultivating a culture of professionalism and customer service has allowed Dresher PT to distinguish itself from its competitors.
Matt graduated Ithaca College with a Master’s Degree in physical therapy in 1993 and then began his career at Abington Memorial Hospital as a staff PT. Having next spent several years in corporation-based outpatient rehabilitation as both a clinician and multi-clinic manager, Matt decided to tackle his dream of starting his own company.
Matt’s areas of interest include soft tissue mobilization utilizing the Graston Technique, Pre- and Post-operative ACL rehabilitation, spine rehab utilizing the McKenzie Method, and rotator cuff rehabilitation. He has written numerous articles published in various publications over the years. Matt frequently speaks to community and business groups on a wide variety of healthcare topics.
Outside work, Matt enjoys coaching youth soccer, reading, exercising, and spending time with his wife and three children.

Physical Therapist, Pelvic Health SpecialistBrooke Love Green graduated from The University of Vermont with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012, and has been working within the pelvic health specialty for the past 6 years. Brooke utilizes her orthopedic expertise of low back pain, SIJ dysfunction and hip pain with her approach to treating pelvic floor dysfunction.
Brooke has taken all levels of the APTA CAPP-Pelvic courses and has completed extensive coursework through Herman & Wallace. She is passionate about helping those with pelvic floor disorders including, but not limited to urinary and fecal incontinence, overactive bladder, abdominal pain/adhesions, endometriosis, dyspareunia (painful sex), prolapse and post-surgical pain. She also specializes in treating persistent pelvic pain in males, chronic prostatitis and post-prostatectomy complications. She enjoys working with the pregnant and post-partum population and looks forward to fostering PT as a standard of care after childbirth. Brooke uses a hands-on treatment approach that is highly individualized and focused on empowering her patients to be an active participant in their healing process.
Outside of work, Brooke enjoys traveling, hiking, yoga and spending time with her husband and two children.

Physical TherapistMike Orzechowski graduated from Neumann University with a Doctorate in physical therapy in May 2011. He had been an aide at Dresher Physical Therapy for 5 years before joining our talented team of physical therapists. Mike is a graduate of West Chester University and previously worked as a health and physical education teacher before returning to school for his Doctorate in physical therapy.
Mike was also a high school and Division I collegiate cross country and track runner. He has coached cross country and track at the high school level and has competed in 4 marathons in the past 4 years. He is passionate about running and has attended continuing education courses on treating running injuries.
Mike enjoys working in the outpatient setting and treating a diverse patient population. He has used his passion for running and experience in treating running injuries to develop a running program at Dresher Physical Therapy.

Physical TherapistPamela joined Dresher Physical Therapy in April 2014. Prior to this, she had worked in an outpatient clinic primarily working with patients with spinal issues. She graduated with a doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in February 2009.
Prior to attending physical therapy school, Pam earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in May 2006. While at Arcadia, Pamela was inducted into the Alpha Epsilon Lambda Honor Society.
Pamela is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Outside of work, she enjoys doing home improvement projects, baking, and spending time with her husband and two dachshunds, Wrigley and Tuck.

Physical TherapistSue Garrity graduated from Hahnemann University in 1997 with a Master of Physical Therapy degree. Her interest in PT started in high school, when several dance injuries landed her in PT and piqued her curiosity in the connection between how the body moves and is rehabilitated.
Sue started her career at Abington Memorial Hospital, during which time she completed training to become a certified lymphatic therapist. She subsequently developed an interest in working with women who are experiencing pain and movement difficulties after surgery for breast cancer.
Sue enjoys using soft tissue techniques as part of her hands-on approach, as she sees a distinct connection between manual work and her patients’ wellbeing. She loves to treat people of all ages to improve their balance, strength and flexibility and enhance their daily activities and sports performance.
Outside of work, Sue enjoys gardening, tennis, snowboarding and other outdoor pursuits with her husband and two sons.

Physical TherapistDonna Jones graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 1988. Prior to returning to school to pursue her degree in physical therapy, Donna worked for eight years as an office manager in a psychiatry center at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children. Since graduating from Temple, Donna has worked at Frankford Hospital and several outpatient orthopedic practices throughout her career.
She joined Dresher Physical Therapy in 2009, and is happy to be part of the experienced clinical team at Dresher Physical Therapy. Donna earned the high distinction of becoming certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment of the Spine from the McKenzie Institute in 2012.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the theatre, reading, exercising and traveling.

Physical TherapistSeth Kaufmann graduated from Temple University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program in May of 2020. Working out of our Fort Washington office, Seth specializes in treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions with a focus on manual therapy and pain science education. Seth‘s true passion is treating vertigo, balance, concussion, and other vestibular conditions. Seth has been golfing since he was 3 years old, so you can expect to find Seth at your local golf course or driving range when he is outside of work. He also enjoys snowboarding, watching Philadelphia sports, and spending time with his new corgi puppy named Winston.

Physical Therapist AssistantNina Sellers, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), joined DPT’s Fort Washington office in October. Nina is a great addition to our hard-working staff and is very excited to begin her career at Dresher Physical Therapy.
Nina graduated from the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology in Media, Pennsylvania with her Associates in Applied Sciences as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She enjoys working with orthopedic and athletic injuries and is looking forward to her personal growth with help from her colleagues. Nina plans to further her education in the specialties of running analysis and concussion rehabilitation.

Physical TherapistRuss is excited to join the Dresher PT Family! This is his second career, revisiting his passion for healthcare after a decade of serving and educating students at the university level. Russ graduated from Arcadia University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022. He served on the board of the Arcadia University Pro Bono clinic, which focuses on serving the under-insured and uninsured population of the Greater Philadelphia region.
Russ loves to golf, play ultimate frisbee, disc golf, and is an avid board game player. He loves to watch his eldest son play hockey, coach youth soccer and baseball, and go on adventures with his family.
Russ’s area of interest include shoulder rehabilitation, serving those with Parkinson’s, and assisting patients in returning to the activities they enjoy.

Physical Therapy AssistantNate Randazzo is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). He graduated from Central Penn College’s Lancaster Campus in 2020 and also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University (2017). Nate has a wide variety of clinical experience ranging from skilled nursing to outpatient orthopedics. He has worked with a dynamic assortment of conditions including, but not limited to, end-of-life geriatrics, joint replacements, gait and assistive devices training, POTS, balance, orthopedics, and neurological disorders. Nate prefers a hands-on approach with soft tissue mobilization based on patient feedback and other evidence-based interventions.
While not in the clinic, Nate enjoys snowboarding, video games, reading, and spending time with his fiancée and dog.
Melissa Banks PT, DPT

Pelvic Health SpecialistMelissa Banks received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2020 from the University of Pittsburgh. Since graduating, Melissa has been treating orthopedic and pelvic floor conditions in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Her continuing education has focused on treating pelvic floor dysfunctions, and she is currently working towards obtaining the Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy through the APTA.
Melissa is experienced in treating men and women for conditions including urinary/fecal incontinence, GI dysfunction, overactive bladder, pelvic pain, pain during pregnancy, and post-partum care. Melissa utilizes manual therapy techniques, patient education, and individualized exercise programs to return patients to the activities they enjoy.
