Physical TherapistJulia Kajen is Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist with advanced training in both orthopedic and pelvic health rehabilitation. She has special interests in chronic pelvic pain, hypermobility and connective tissue disorders, transgender care, and in treating performing artists and the foot/ankle complex.
Julia blends evidence-based care with a compassionate, whole-person approach. She is passionate about helping individuals of all mobility levels gain control of their symptoms, reconnect with their bodies, and move with confidence. Julia creates individualized treatment plans that integrate motor control and stabilization training, manual therapy techniques, nervous system regulation, and functional strengthening. She’s dedicated to building a supportive space where individuals feel heard and empowered.
Julia is a lab instructor at Drexel University’s DPT Program and Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, and teaches with Evidence in Motion. She serves as the Director of the Pelvic Health Program at Strive Physical Therapy and is involved in the American Physical Therapy Association.
Julia’s hobbies include running, cooking, and watching horror movies.

Clinical Director, Physical TherapistLorah Kate Styer, known as Katie, earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Alvernia University. Before pursuing graduate studies, she completed a B.S. in Kinesiology at Temple University. Katie currently serves as a physical therapist and clinical director at our Philadelphia Business District office, having previously worked at our Moorestown, NJ location.
Katie brings extensive experience in treating patients across a broad spectrum of settings, including ICU acute care, pediatrics, and outpatient orthopedics. Through her clinical affiliations, she has managed a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions such as vestibular disorders, concussions, traumatic brain injuries, POTs and EDS, Parkinson’s Disease, orthopedic post-operative care, ACL reconstruction, low back pain, neck pain, and balance dysfunction. She holds a Vestibular Certification through Emory/Duke and continues to expand her expertise through ongoing continuing education courses.
Outside of her professional life, Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and their dog, Tucker. Her hobbies include traveling, hiking, visiting the Outer Banks, and exploring the restaurant scene in Philadelphia.

Physical Therapist AssistantCameron graduated from Harcum College in May of 2023. Since entering the profession, Cameron has developed a passion for providing excellent clinical care to ensure each patient maximizes their functional independence. She has experience in various clinical settings including in-patient care, skilled nursing, and outpatient orthopedics.
Cameron enjoys treating a diverse orthopedic caseload including sports medicine, post-operative cases, work comp, MVA, balance, and fall prevention. She values relationship building and communication with her patients and peers to ensure the best outcome for each patient.
In her time away from work, Cameron enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, and heading to the beach.

Thomas Weiss PT, DPT
Physical TherapistTom Weiss attended The College of New Jersey for his undergraduate degree in Psychology, and later obtained his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Rutgers University School of Health Professions.
Tom’s goal as a Physical Therapist is to empower his patients, and to assist them in achieving their functional goals in order to return to the activities that they love without pain or restrictions. He has a broad scope of experience treating patients in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, acute care rehabilitation, and neuro/inpatient rehabilitation settings throughout his career. He loves treating patients who are aiming to return to running and other sport activities, as well as post-op joint replacements, ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, cervical and lumbar fusions, post-stroke, post-concussion, vertigo, POTS/EDS, and a variety of other orthopedic and functional conditions. He is currently working on attaining his certification in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) in order to implement the McKenzie Method in treating neck and low back pain and give his patients the tools and confidence to successfully manage their pain, and plans on becoming an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in the future as well.
In his free time, Tom enjoys watching sports, running, playing guitar, attending live music events, traveling, and hanging out with friends.
