Strive PT in Northfield is a unicorn— a special, magical creature we no longer believe exists: a place where the front desk is friendly and helpful, where the therapists are not only amiable ( gentle, friendly welcoming, easy) but excellent at what they do— and kind to boot. not impersonal, gruff, too stressed to connect— and I for one had given up on health care for ever being that way again. For gosh sakes, their bulletin board has opinion polls that make me smile every week: they all vote on favorite ice cream, favorite male singer, favorite holiday…
Thank you Strive Physical Therapy. Hang on to that esprit, and most importantly, that caring. As a famous medical man once said,” the secret of caring for the patient is caring for the patient.”

Getting better through physical therapy requires a knowledgeable and caring therapist. Nikki and her staff are both. The people and their knowledge are extraordinary. It a great place to get pain relief

Outstanding care and competence! Everyone from the staff at the front desk to the therapists are knowledgeable, patient, caring, and focused. Kindness abounds there!!
Shout outs to Shelby and Jodi who both helped me with working on balance and leg strengthening following back surgery in May 2025 to address a longstanding neuropathy.
And a shout out to Steve who did vestibular therapy to address a bout of vertigo.
Chris and Lisa are fabulous at the front desk handling appointments and lots of administrative issues.

All in all, a wonderful place to rehab!

At first,physical therapy was challenging because of the discomfort and consistency required,but over time I noticed significant improvement in my strength and movement..The support and encouragement from the therapist made a big difference

Cameron, Jodi, and Nicky and the rest of the team are an incredible PT team—knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in your progress. In the best way possible, every day feels like Groundhog Day—you show up, put in the work, get stronger, and feel better each time. Been going to Strive for a couple of weeks now. My two therapists, Cameron and Stephanie are awesome , I feel improvement on every visit.Great place, friendly staff, very clean environment.

Great place

This is my first week at Strive PT. To begin I was blown away how Nikki picked up on all my weaknesses during my evaluation (visibly and asking me questions). Next I was impressed with Nikki's ambidexous to give me her full attension, while also giving her full attension to 3-4 other patients! All done in an office-gym that is very encouraging, playing good country music and making us smile

Cam is my therapist and is always supportive and helpful in working with me during our sessions. He has great insight in how to best alleviate the pain I have had in my thoracic portion of my back.
