Such a great team to work with for my rehab of my post-op ankle reconstruction surgery. The staff creates an environment that is fun, and makes your rehab journey that much better. I highly recommend anyone who needs physical therapy to call Western Berks!

The place is very clean and professional. Cleaning happens after every patient. The therapists are very knowledgeable and nice. A very good thing is they have a few therapists, so your constantly getting a different experience and exercise. Which I feel is good as it doesn't just become complacent. The receptionists are friendly and very easy to deal with scheduling. It is always nice to see Denise's smiling face when I go in. The ladies up front really represent the place well on first impressions.

The staff at Western Berks Physical therapy goes above and beyond to make sure you are well cared for for the moment you step into the office until your last appointment! Special thanks to Kristin Kissling for her excellent care in my helping me heal! I recommend this group of professionals to anyone seeking care after an injury.

The therapists at Strive do an amazing job in teaching you stretches to assist toward your healing! All of the staff are friendly from the secretarial staff to the treating staff. I look forward to my visits!

Very comfortable place for physical therapy. Joelle was fantastic at what she is helping me with Pelvis therapy. She is very professional and friendly, and she makes you feel comfortable in what she does. I highly recommend this place & her. The receptionist she is a very nice patient lady and friendly also. As a total knee replacement patient I wasted the first four weeks post op at another provider. Upon seeking out alternatives I chose Strive and was extremely satisfied.

My initial assessment revealed I was only at about 100 degrees ROM. My previous provider did no hands on manipulation and no deep tissue massage. After these two remedies were deployed by Strive I saw IMMEDIATE improvement. At six weeks post op I rode my bicycle to my appointments, and after only 11 sessions I had attained, and maintained the goal of 120 degrees ROM. At eight weeks post op I was completely discharged.

Thanks to my primary provider Mark, and the entire team of Nate, Kim and Kristen (Dr. Alphabet) for the exceptional level of care and personal interest they demonstrated in my recovery. And the icing on my cake was they tolerated my corny jokes and attempted sense and of humor!

When considering a provider for your PT, you should STRIVE to consider this great team!

Every employee and therapist were very supportive and it was pleasant to work with them The therapists were always professional and supportive of my progress. I will return for further therapy when I have my next knee replacement as I am pleased with my past progress
