I would recommend Strive to anyone seeking physical therapy. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly.

I keep forgetting to review even though my PT ended months ago. Strive PT has never failed me. Amanda Bass was so amazing, friendly, and kindhearted. I had Matt one time and he was hilarious! Even other staff as well! This made me excited to come back everyday I had PT. Amanda really touched my heart. I mean everyone there makes you feel welcome. The staff there still till this day holds a special place in my heart.

Have come to Strive in Columbus, NJ for six months for two different injuries. Very positive experience from start to finish. Injuries have healed and range of motion is very good. Therapists, staff, front desk have been excellent. Thank you Matt, Alexa, Anthony, Abby, Julie, Leanna and others!

Phenomenal, caring staff that’s really helped me make lemonade out of lemons. Their encouragement and knowledge has been especially helpful as I navigated my recovery from complex injuries. Highly recommended.

We have been really happy with strive PT for my teenage son! They have great expertise, especially Sue and her PT assistants, in hypermobility, which is the area we needed help the most. Great communication with how things are progressing, easy to schedule, and a lot of space and equipment in the facility.

I did not expect to enjoy my experience with physical therapy so much. Strive Fort Washington has been such a pleasant experience. The staff are warm and welcoming and genuinely engaged with clients. I have been fortunate to specifically work with DPT Alex M and he has made a difference in how I approach my injury. He is personable, intelligent, clinically competent, and develops strong rapport with clients. I look forward to my appointments whether with my DPT or PTA Nina. The space is really lovely with plenty of equipment. I feel confident that I will improve under their care. A fantastic practice!

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Strive Physical Therapy. The physical therapists are some of the most positive, compassionate, and encouraging people I have ever met. They listen without rushing you and make sure you feel truly seen and heard in every single session. On some of my hardest days, they met me exactly where I was with understanding and empathy. When I needed an extra push, they challenged me, not because they dismissed what I was experiencing, but because they recognized what I was capable of, even when I didn’t fully believe in myself.

They bring so much thought and creativity to every session, continuously adapting exercises and finding new ways to keep things engaging while addressing my individual needs. They take the time to explain each exercise and the reason behind it, making it easy to understand exactly what I am doing and why. Nothing about their care is one-size-fits-all. It is clear how invested they are in every person they treat.

That same warmth begins the second you walk through the door. The front desk staff greet you with so much positivity that you immediately feel at ease. They take the time to talk with you, remember the little things, and show you that you are so much more than another appointment on the schedule. Their kindness has made a real difference in my life as well. From the therapists and front desk team to those working behind the scenes, everyone contributes to what makes Strive so special.

As a woman, being treated by a team of female physical therapists has also been a huge plus for me. It has given me an added sense of comfort throughout my experience.

What sets Strive apart goes far beyond the treatment itself. Everyone here is a genuinely good human. They have turned something I could have dreaded into something I look forward to each week. I came here hoping to improve physically, and while I have made meaningful progress, I have also gained so much more: greater confidence in myself, countless laughs, and the knowledge that I am cared for by people who truly want to see me succeed.

If I could give them more than five stars, I absolutely would!! I cannot recommend Strive and their incredible team behind it highly enough! 🫶🏻

My therapist is Steve. He has been great. Very kind and understanding. Pushing me to get better each time.

They got me in quickly and the team was excellent. I started with Sarah and she was friendly and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Jordan and Sierra also treated me and each transition was seamless. They are a true team and everyone was invested in my recovery. Highly recommend!

Strive has been my 5 star choice for a handful of recoveries over the past few years! From the upbeat team lead Bridget who always greets everyone with a smile and high energy! The place is always very clean and the staff is always extremely friendly. My therapist (Alex) is awesome as well as very knowledgeable and helpful! All the staff is great and Nina whom I have had numerous times is amazing and super friendly! It’s nice to know that Strive is so dependable and professional!
