I’ve been going to Strive since my second trimester and have had the pleasure of working with Nicole throughout my pregnancy. She is absolutely amazing and has helped keep me feeling pain-free and comfortable, especially when it comes to my pelvic floor.

Nicole is genuine, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. She truly listens and makes me feel confident that I’m receiving the best possible care. I’m so grateful to have her support throughout my pregnancy and would highly recommend her to anyone!

Great, highly skilled and friendly staff. I’ve rehabbed multiple serious injuries there. Lauren , Alexis , Jay and Dee all helped me greatly. The best part is that everyone is helpful. If one is helping another patient, another therapist hops in and knows you and your routine. You feel welcome, accepted and supported from visit one.

The team at Strive was amazing! My PT, Anthony Horten , was the best! He pushed me when I needed it and encouraged me along the way- adjusting things as I needed. A great experience, would highly recommend for all your PT needs! Thanks again for helping me get me back to pain free & even stronger!

This was my first time going to physical therapy. I was so impressed with the facilities and the team, but most importantly Rosie, my therapist. She is so knowledgeable and warm, she helped me overcome all fears and anxiety I had not knowing what to expect when I began therapy. Rosie helped me understand what was happening with my body and worked together to get to the root of what was causing my issues. I can’t recommend Rosie or Strive in Mt Laurel enough!

Andrea was extremely knowledgeable and helped me out a ton. As a passionate distance runner, I was dealing with persistent pain in my hip, glute, Achilles, and lower back. She helped me navigate those issues with targeted exercises and guidance that got me back to running comfortably. Whether you’re an athlete looking for a sports physical therapist or just need a great physical therapist in general, I highly recommend!

I had such a great experience at Strive! I started seeing Rosie when I was 25 weeks pregnant due to pelvic pain until I was about 33 weeks and she was able to provide me with exercises that drastically decreased my pain. I’m so thankful I was able to enjoy a good chunk of my pregnancy thanks to her!

There are not enough superlatives to describe everyone at this practice. The tone in the building was supportive and friendly starting with the reception staff. Jordan and Sierra kept me motivated throughout my recovery from total knee replacement surgery. They listened to my goals and concerns every visit. An amazing group of people…thank you!

Outstanding care and competence! Everyone from the staff at the front desk to the therapists are knowledgeable, patient, caring, and focused. Kindness abounds there!!
Shout outs to Shelby and Jodi who both helped me with working on balance and leg strengthening following back surgery in May 2025 to address a longstanding neuropathy.
And a shout out to Steve who did vestibular therapy to address a bout of vertigo.
Chris and Lisa are fabulous at the front desk handling appointments and lots of administrative issues.

All in all, a wonderful place to rehab!

After many attempts at physical therapy over many years, this is the first time my hypermobility issues were actually addressed. Kayla has expertise in hypermobile disorders and my joints finally are on the path to stability.
