Tom grew up in N.E. Philadelphia and is a 1990 graduate of the Hahnemann (Drexel) University PT program. He has worked in Outpatient PT for 25 of his 30 years as a PT including work in California, Idaho and Arizona. He has specialty areas in chronic pain and modern pain science as well as shoulder and back rehab. He has been active in the APTA for most of his 30 years and previously served as president of the Idaho PT Association. Tom is the current Payment Specialist for the Pennsylvania PT Association. You may have even seen Tom at the DPT Blue Bell clinic where he often provides extra clinical coverage!

Mike Orzechowski PT, DPT
Physical Therapist, Clinical DirectorMike earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Neumann University after completing his undergraduate studies at West Chester University. Prior to pursuing physical therapy, Mike worked as a health and physical education teacher, an experience that continues to shape his passion for movement, education, and empowering others to live active, healthy lives.
Mike has been part of the Strive Physical Therapy team (Formerly Dresher PT) since its early years and has played an integral role in the growth and evolution of the Fort Washington clinic. As Clinical Director, he leads with experience, mentorship, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Mike treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions, including, running injuries, low back and neck pain, sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation and TMJ/TMD dysfunction.
A lifelong runner, Mike competed in high school and at the Division I collegiate level in cross country and track. He has coached high school cross country and track and has completed multiple marathons. His personal and coaching background gives him unique insight into the demands of the sport, and he specializes in the evaluation and treatment of running-related injuries.

Physical TherapistPamela joined Dresher Physical Therapy in April 2014. Prior to this, she had worked in an outpatient clinic primarily working with patients with spinal issues. She graduated with a doctorate in Physical Therapy from Arcadia University in February 2009.
Prior to attending physical therapy school, Pam earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania in May 2006. While at Arcadia, Pamela was inducted into the Alpha Epsilon Lambda Honor Society.
Pamela is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Outside of work, she enjoys doing home improvement projects, baking, and spending time with her husband and two dachshunds, Wrigley and Tuck.

Sue Garrity MPT, CLT
Physical TherapistSue Garrity graduated from Hahnemann University in 1997 with a Master of Physical Therapy degree. Her interest in PT started in high school, when several dance injuries landed her in PT and piqued her curiosity in the connection between how the body moves and is rehabilitated.
Sue started her career at Abington Memorial Hospital, during which time she completed training to become a certified lymphatic therapist. She subsequently developed an interest in working with women who are experiencing pain and movement difficulties after surgery for breast cancer.
Sue enjoys using soft tissue techniques as part of her hands-on approach, as she sees a distinct connection between manual work and her patients’ wellbeing. She loves to treat people of all ages to improve their balance, strength and flexibility and enhance their daily activities and sports performance.
Outside of work, Sue enjoys gardening, tennis, snowboarding and other outdoor pursuits with her husband and two sons.

Physical TherapistKyle graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences in 2021 from Moravian University, where they balanced academic excellence with being a dedicated member of the university football team. Inspired by their experiences as an athlete and a passion for helping others, Kyle pursued a career in physical therapy, continuing his education and earning their Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023 from Moravian University.
Kyle has a particular interest in treating post-operative orthopedic conditions as well as neurological and vestibular conditions, including concussions, Parkinson’s disease, and vertigo. Their athletic background and firsthand understanding of injury recovery have shaped their patient-centered approach to care. They are committed to helping individuals regain function, balance, and confidence in their daily lives.
Through evidence-based techniques and personalized treatment plans, Kyle strives to empower his patients to achieve their goals, whether it’s returning to sports, improving mobility, or enhancing overall quality of life. His dedication to professional growth and compassionate care makes him a trusted partner in their patients’ rehabilitation journeys.

Physical TherapistSydni graduated from the University of Delaware with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2021, and also served as a member and the captain of the Womens Track and Field/ Cross Country teams. She pursued her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Neumann University, and graduated in May of 2025. During her time at Neumann, Sydni gained clinical experience in School Based Physical Therapy, Acute Care, and Pediatric Orthopedics.
Outside of work, Sydni is an active member of a non-profit Youth Track & Field organization based out of Philadelphia, where she assists with operating and officiating Track & Field meets throughout the year. Additionally, Sydni likes to work out, go to the beach, and take long naps.

Outside of the clinic, Cara spends most of her time with her wonderful husband, two basketball loving daughters, and her fast growing son. Most days and weekends, you can find her on the basketball court cheering on her girls. Physical TherapistAlex graduated from Princeton University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience, which he utilized at the Lankenau Institute for Medical Research investigating therapeutic agents for neurodegenerative diseases. After four years, Alex decided to focus more on personalized healthcare and enrolled in Arcadia University’s Physical Therapy program, graduating with distinction in September 2024 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.
Alex has trained under both Orthopedic and Sports Clinical Specialists, cultivating a passion for treating a wide variety of diagnoses such as overuse tendinopathies, acute and chronic back pain, and post-operative rehabilitation including sports injuries and total joint replacements. No matter the diagnosis, Alex prides himself on his personalized evidence-based treatment in order to facilitate the achievement of his patients’ goals. Alex is thrilled to join Strive where he plans to continue his education on manual therapy and sit for the Sports Clinical Specialist exam.
Outside of the clinic, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, trying new restaurants in Philadelphia, and cheering on the Eagles and Phillies. Alex lives an active lifestyle, competing in distance races and surfing at the Jersey Shore, but will happily engage in conversation about his favorite books and movies as well!

Physical Therapist AssistantNina Sellers, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), joined DPT’s Fort Washington office in 2019.
Nina graduated from the Pennsylvania Institute of Technology in Media, Pennsylvania with her Associates in Applied Sciences as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Over the past few years, she has taken a special interest with continuing education classes in the McKenzie Institute and furthering her knowledge in treating the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine. She enjoys working with all orthopedic injuries, and takes a patient-based approach to teach everyone how to take control of their pain and feel empowered to use their body to the best of their ability.
In her spare time, Nina loves to take her dog Juno on long walks and go on hikes in New England.

Physical Therapy AssistantNate Randazzo is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). He graduated from Central Penn College’s Lancaster Campus in 2020 and also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University (2017). Nate has a wide variety of clinical experience ranging from skilled nursing to outpatient orthopedics. He has worked with a dynamic assortment of conditions including, but not limited to, end-of-life geriatrics, joint replacements, gait and assistive devices training, POTS, balance, orthopedics, and neurological disorders. Nate prefers a hands-on approach with soft tissue mobilization based on patient feedback and other evidence-based interventions.
While not in the clinic, Nate enjoys snowboarding, video games, reading, and spending time with his fiancée and dog.

Since graduating, Melissa has been treating orthopedic and pelvic floor conditions in an outpatient orthopedic setting. Her continuing education has focused on treating pelvic floor dysfunctions, and she is currently working towards obtaining the Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy through the APTA.
Melissa is experienced in treating men and women for conditions including urinary/fecal incontinence, GI dysfunction, overactive bladder, pelvic pain, pain during pregnancy, and post-partum care. Melissa utilizes manual therapy techniques, patient education, and individualized exercise programs to return patients to the activities they enjoy.

Physical TherapistCamille completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology followed by her graduate degree in Physical Therapy from Widener University in 2020. During her time at Widener, Camille had the privilege of being a part of the Chester Community Clinic, providing physical therapy services to members of the community. Camille is interested in treating a wide variety of diagnoses from orthopedics to neurological conditions and working with patients of all ages.
Her goal is to provide individualized programs to her patients to help them achieve their goals. She obtained her LSVT BIG certification to work with patients attending physical therapy for Parkinson’s Disease. Camille enjoys working with patients with balance limitations to prevent falls as well as vestibular conditions. She is also certified in Dry Needling to help patients manage musculoskeletal pain. In her free time, Camille enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends.
