Leanne Yates PT, DPT, LSVT BIG
Clinic DirectorLeanne graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada in 2004 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, Minor in Biology, where she also played Varsity Soccer. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2006. After moving to New Jersey in 2015, she continued her education at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida where she graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017.
Leanne has gained 16 years of clinical experience working mostly in Orthopedics, Neuro and Vestibular Rehab. She worked for 2 years in Canada and then moved to Bermuda, where she continued her career working for two of the island’s orthopedic surgeons for 7 years. She has travelled with national level women’s soccer teams for Bermuda and Guyana for World Cup Qualifiers in Haiti, Mexico, and Guyana as their team Physical Therapist. She also was a member of the Bermuda Women’s National Soccer team who won a gold medal at the 2013 NatWest Island Games. She has taken post graduate courses in manual therapy, myofascial release, vestibular rehabilitation, kinesiotaping, and is currently certified in LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s disease. Leanne and her husband live in Matawan, NJ with their 4-year-old and 1 year old daughters.

Physical Therapist AssistantLinda is a staff Physical Therapist Assistant at Strive Physical Therapy. She is a graduate of Maria College, located in Albany NY and has been practicing as a physical therapist assistant since May of 1985. Linda enjoys working with patients who have a variety of orthopedic issues. In addition to treating adults, Linda has over 20 years of experience treating school aged children with developmental delays. Linda grew up in a small town, 15 minutes from Saratoga, which is close to the Adirondack region in New York State. She enjoys hiking the Adirondack mountains, successfully completing 18 of the 46 peaks over 4,000 feet in elevation. Aside from hiking in the Adirondacks, Linda remains active locally through cycling, yoga and downhill skiing in the Pocono mountains when the opportunity arises. Linda is the proud mother of two grown daughters, and in July 2018 she became Grandmother to a darling baby girl.

Physical TherapistMansi graduated from The University of the Sciences in 2021 and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Saint Joseph’s University in 2023. She completed four clinical rotations in different outpatient clinics working with a variety of patients with different diagnoses. During one of her rotations, Mansi spent 16 weeks at the Strive Physical Therapy Princeton location where she is currently working two days a week. She also works two days a week at the Strive Balance Center in Monroe. During her rotation at Strive, Mansi experienced the McKenzie approach to treatment and wants to further her education by getting certified in Mechanical Diagnosis Therapy (MDT). She also wants to expand her expertise and obtain other certifications such as LSVT Big which tends to patients with neurological conditions such as Parkinsons and more.
Outside of the clinic Mansi likes to spend time with her friends and family, eating at new restaurants, traveling, and reading.
