David Bierly PT, DPT
Clinical DirectorDavid graduated from Stockton University with a degree in Health Sciences in 2016 and returned to Stockton University to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2018. During his time at Stockton, David completed clinical rotations caring for patients with chronic pain and joint replacements, treating patients with neurological diagnoses, and worked with patients in the medical/surgical ICU. David first developed an interest in therapy when he helped his mother through rehab after surgery to repair her rotator cuff. He has also been completing rehabilitation programs for equine athletes since he was a sophomore in high school. His interest in physical therapy came about from these experiences and they have given him a unique perspective in his career as a physical therapist.
David and his wife own and operate a farm in Williamstown, NJ where he trains sport horses for equestrian events when he is not in the clinic.
David is currently working towards his Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) certification to assist patients with low back and neck pain. He is also continuing his education in the field of vestibular pathologies to better serve patients with conditions involving dizziness, concussion, and neurological limitations.

Ryan Veltman PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Ryan Veltman PT, DPT
Physical TherapistRyan graduated from Rowan University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Health Promotion and Wellness Management. After finishing his undergraduate studies, he went on to become an NSCA certified personal trainer and also began working as an aide in an outpatient physical therapy setting. During this time, he developed a passion for the physical rehabilitation process after seeing a variety of patients overcome impairments through exercise and restore their ability to do what they love. As he continued working as an aide, he decided to pursue the profession further. Ryan returned to school at Arcadia University, earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2022. He completed his clinical affiliations in multiple outpatient orthopedic settings, treating patients with conditions such as chronic pain, acute sprains/strains, joint replacements, post-operative repairs, and several other diagnoses. Ryan prides himself on his ability to communicate effectively with his patients, providing in-depth but easy-to-understand education regarding their impairments. He believes the patient should have as active of a role as possible in their rehab process. He values self-assessment and always tries to equip his patients with the proper tools to do so.
In the future, Ryan would like to further his education with certifications such as Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) for spinal pain, dry needling, and later pursue an OCS/SCS credential.
In his free time Ryan enjoys weightlifting, watching and playing basketball, online gaming, and spending time with friends and family.
