Experience effective therapy that lasts.
Dysfunction and pain don’t have to keep you from the life you want. If you’re experiencing symptoms like neck pain, aching joints, vertigo, or immobility, then our team can help you achieve long-term relief. Our compassionate physical therapists take time to listen to you and learn how pain is disrupting your everyday life so they can create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs—so you can return to what you love most.
Here’s how we can help:
Sports medicine doesn't exclusively deal with athletes who have suffered an injury; it also encompasses exercises and programs that promote injury prevention and strengthening.
Strive PT’s team of therapists and athletic trainers utilize a variety of specialty programs in order to get you back on the field, court, or stage as soon as possible.
You might benefit from sports medicine therapy if you suffer from:
- Shin splints
- Knee injuries
- Ankle injuries
- Muscle strains and cramps
Vertigo can be one of the most intimidating neurological diagnoses to experience. We utilize vestibular rehabilitation therapy (VRT) to identify the source of your dysfunction and develop a plan for healing.
You might benefit from our vestibular rehabilitation therapy if you experience:
- The sensation of spinning
- Lightheadedness or dizziness
- Impaired postural control
- Reduced Focus
Aquatic therapy is an alternative form of rehabilitation that is used in conjunction with other traditional outpatient therapies. We use water as an environment for healing, strength and relaxation.
Our program consists of supervised exercises with one of our physical therapists. Swimming is not required as most exercises will be performed while standing in the water using flotation devices or holding onto the side of the pool.
We use the properties of buoyancy, support and accommodating resistance to accomplish goals that would be more difficult to achieve on land.
You might benefit from aquatic therapy if you suffer from:
- Post-operative conditions
- Sports injuries
- Joint, neck, or back injuries
- Parkinson’s Disease
