Jared Burch PT, DPT, AIB-VAM
Physical TherapistJared graduated from The University of Scranton with a B.S.in Exercise Science. He then continued to pursue his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Rutgers University. During this time, he served as a strength and conditioning coach for a private gym working with athletes ranging from 8-80 years old.
After graduation he worked in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital treating patient diagnoses including but not limited to: amputee, trauma, stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injury. Throughout this time, he also completed his specialization in vestibular assessment and management through the American Institute of Balance. He has served as a volunteer with the American Physical Therapy Association for the Academy of Orthopedics and Clinical Practice Guidelines Group. Jared has a peer reviewed research publication in the Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies on force transmission through muscle tissue during resistance exercise. He has a passion for teaching and previously served as an adjunct faculty member at Kean University in the Department of Health and Human Performance. Courses taught include introduction to exercise physiology, advanced exercise physiology, fitness and health promotion, and research methods and design. Hobbies outside of his professional career include skiing, fishing, hiking, and spending time with his wife and son.

Physical TherapistDr. Froio, one of the principles of SOAR, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kean University in 1998 with an undergraduate degree in Biology and completed his physical therapy training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in 2000. He then continued his education at UMDNJ with the completion of his clinical doctorate in physical therapy in 2003. Before joining SOAR Physical Therapy in 2001 he worked in an outpatient facility where he treated sports injuries and general orthopedic conditions.
As a physical therapist credentialed by the McKenzie Institute, Dr. Froio is recognized for his level of expertise in mechanical diagnosis and therapy, with an emphasis on spinal care rehabilitation. Other areas of his continued education and expertise include manual therapy, post-surgical rehabilitation, general orthopaedics and the treatment of movement impairment syndromes and sport injuries In addition to providing patient care at SOAR, Dr. Froio is responsible for assisting with staff development and supervision. Additionally, he is a clinical instructor for physical therapy students from a wide variety of universities that affiliate with SOAR. He is a member of The American Physical Therapy Association and The McKenzie Institute, USA. He speaks both Spanish and Italian. When not working, Nick is enjoying his immediate and extended family.

Jarod Sinahon PT, DPT
Physical TherapistJarod attended University of the Sciences in Philadelphia where he obtained his Bachelor’s in Health Science in 2021 and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Saint Joseph’s University in 2023. Prior to entering the physical therapy world, he attended Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft, NJ.
Jarod has special interests in treating multiple diagnoses including soft tissue injuries and postoperative rehabilitation. His focus is providing individually tailored, patient-centric programs based on their goals. He is currently pursuing his Certified Strength and Conditioning Speciality (CSCS).
In his free time, Jarod leads an active lifestyle and loves swimming, running, cycling, and strength training. He is an avid football and basketball fan and enjoys watching other sports.
