I am currently still recovering from back surgery I had last year. Strive Physical Therapy offers In-Home Therapy. My therapist, Tom Howell, is the best! He is very passionate about his job. To help prepare me to return to work we went to my workplace after hours so I could see how to maneuver going up and down the steps outside the office using my walker and a cane. Tom was by my side the whole time and gave me tips on the best ways to go about it. And then when I was back home again he was there to guide me as I went up my own steps outside, as well as the more challenging inside steps, with two landings. And when I finally reached the top of my steps and was settled on my couch he asked if there was anything I needed him to do for me before he left. Tom spent two hours with me which is above and beyond his regular one hour weekly sessions. What a significant show of dedication and caring for me, his client! Thank you, Tom, for all that you do for me! I appreciate you so much!

I broke my femur last may..I was appointed to do physical therapy after my surgery. This place was awesome.. Stephanie is the one who took care of me.. SHE was great..

Strive PT in Blue Bell is in a comfortable setting where I have received specialized care for two different problems. Most recently, Mike Dellapena provided a skillful approach to treat the pain & mobility issues caused by my shoulder impingement. Friendly & knowledgable staff who can provide positive outcomes are reasons I would return in the future.

Team B was the greatest. Ended up being here for 4 months healing a complete tear grade 3 high ankle sprain. Sara worked with me and helped me gain strength and mobility while I recovered. Working with the rest of team B was very easy and they were all friendly, educated, and willing to answer any questions I had. Couldn’t recommend enough, very grateful for Team B!

Finding providers and clinicians who are comfortable with joint hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome is typically difficult, so I am extra appreciative to be working with Jay Najafi at Strive. Jay has a ton of clinical tricks up his sleeve, thinks outside of the box, and is always ready for the challenges that arise with this type of diagnosis. He is knowledgeable, caring, and keeps things fun and positive. Seeking PT support for hEDS has truly been one of the best things I've done for my health. I am deeply grateful to Jay and the whole team at Strive for making my experience so great.

Physical Therapy at Strive was awesome. Dominique Johnson was knowledgable, friendly and was a very good Therapist. I didn't like going to therapy, but after my sessions, I felt better. The entire staff was kind, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Dominique. If you need therapy this is the place to go.

Today was the last of my physical therapy sessions (for now) at Strive Physical Therapy in Mays Landing and I have to say that working with Elizabeth (Liz) throughout my treatment was a wonderful experience. She gave me an exercise plan that included core strengthening exercises and also exercises to improve my balance and flexibility…all were a major benefit to my overall ability to stand longer, balance better and to be more flexible in my hips and legs. On top of that, she was a shining light of brightness in her encouragement and sensitivity to my physical problem and concern to the point that my visible progress brought me to tears very early in my treatment with her. I could already feel the improvement in my walking ability. I am so grateful to Liz and to all the staff at Strive Physical Therapy who worked with me and greeted me throughout this whole process. I highly recommend Strive to anyone who needs help with obtaining a higher quality lifestyle through physical therapy.

I'm amazed of how knowledgeable, professional and skilled they are. I've been dealing with a herniated disc for many years, and I feel much better. Nicole is amazing and introduced me to new stretching and exercises that really helped me. I would definitely recommend this place 👌!!!

Ms. Natalie, my therapist, is an absolute gem. She’s incredibly professional, patient, and helpful. She genuinely assisted me in managing my pain effectively. Ms. Courtney, on the other hand, is a pro at appointment scheduling. She’s always accommodating and works around my hectic schedule. The entire team is fantastic and well-supported. I highly recommend them.

I recieved therapy for decreased range of motion from a shoulder injury from Jesus Rufuno,he was so experienced and professional and encouraging !!! After suffering in pain for 2 1/2 months I was referred to Strive for therapy !
Everyone was on the same page , to help all the patients with their injuries ! The area is clean and spacious ! After 6 wks I could move my arm without pain and had full ROM ( I could “comb my hair 👏”)
I highly recommend STRIVE PHYSICAL THERAPY!
