Physical TherapistRebecca DeLisi completed her undergraduate degree in Biology at LaSalle University in 2010. She graduated in 2013 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University. As a student, she completed a clinical affiliation with Strive and has worked in the Delran office since she started her career. Since graduating, Rebecca has furthered her education with certifications in LSVT BIG for the treatment of Parkinson’s and in Graston technique and blood flow restriction. In 2021, she became a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist to enhance her foundation for the treatment of the musculoskeletal system. Rebecca enjoys working with patients of all ages and various diagnoses with a focus on patient-centered care.
In her free time, Rebecca likes to spend time with her husband, son, and two dogs going to the beach, watching movies, and attending concerts.

Physical Therapist, Clinic DirectorJamie is a graduate of Rutgers University where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020. Prior to attending graduate school, Jamie received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Towson University. Upon completing her undergraduate degree, Jamie obtained a job at Strive which. furthered her interest in becoming an outpatient physical therapist. Jamie enjoys treating a wide variety of patients including sports injuries, geriatric rehab, and post-operative rehab. In 2023, she became a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist after completing an orthopedic residency through Evidence in Motion, in order to advance her practice of treating orthopedic conditions. She is also certified in LSVT Big Treatment for Parkinson’s disease.
Jamie is passionate about using evidence-based practice and a patient-centered approach in order to help each of her patients reach their full potential and meet their individual goals.
In her free time, Jamie enjoys watching Philadelphia sports, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.

Physical TherapistMackenzie completed her undergraduate and graduate studies at Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. Here, she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a biology minor in 2018 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021. While a graduate student, she completed her final full-time clinical experience with Strive at their Monroe locations where she uncovered her passion for working with the wide variety of patients that outpatient orthopedics has to offer including geriatrics, post-operative rehabilitation, and sport injuries. Mackenzie remains passionate about providing individualized patient care, excellent customer service, and evidence-based practice in order to assist each patient in reaching their fullest potential and personal goals. In the future, she plans to continue expanding her knowledge base and clinical skills by pursuing continuing education in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT), Graston Technique, LSVT BIG, and obtaining an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Certification.
Outside of the clinic, Mackenzie enjoys teaching as an adjunct professor in Arcadia’s Hybrid PT program, watching sports, playing board games, completing puzzles, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.

Physical Therapist AssistantJordan graduated from Harcum College in 2019, earning her Associates of Science as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Jordan’s focus is patient first; providing motivation and instruction to help patients attain their goals. The patient population she enjoys treating the most is orthopedic and neurologic conditions. She is Cert. LSVT BIG certified which treats people with Parkinson’s and other neurological conditions. In addition, she is certified in Blood Flow Restriction Therapy. Jordan participates regularly in journal clubs and professional development opportunities to grow as a clinician.
In her spare time, Jordan enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family and crafting charcuterie boards.

Physical TherapistJill completed her Bachelors of Science at Delaware Valley University in 2018. She then went on to receive her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Saint Joseph’s University in 2023. Her passion for physical therapy stemmed from her athletic background as a soccer player, softball player, equestrian, and soccer coach. She treated a wide variety of patients in her time as a student including sports injuries, geriatric rehab, post-operative rehab, and general orthopedic conditions. This exposure inspired her passion of working in an outpatient orthopedic setting and goal to obtain her Orthopedic Clinical Specialty in the next year. She prioritizes patient-centered care with an emphasis on autonomy and self-efficacy to ensure her patients are receiving optimal care.
In her free time, Jill loves to be with her family, friends, and her dog Bella. You can either find her in the gym, watching sports, reading, or at the beach. She loves to travel and has the best memories of her time in Costa Rica.
